Objective:  As one of the most unusual and uniquely-talented persons in all of society, it is extremely difficult to write a resume.  A good representation of myself and what I am thru all of my life can be found on my vast website, NZ9F.com.  NZ9F is my "doctorate" in electronic radio and television engineering, issued by the FCC. 

I seek a part-time job, ideally 2 to 4 hours per week at a professional wage of at least $50 per hour.  It must fit my moral, educational, philosophical, political, and religious leanings, plus help to make the world a better place to live.

Education:  I am a Man of Letters, B.A., University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, 1978.  All else, which includes several doctoral equivalencies, were self-taught.  I am currently Chancellor of Milwaukee Free University, which has been around for 43 years, and I have signed several Ph.D. degrees.  I teach psychology on-line, particularly as it applies to the situation of the homeless.  My other education is in Engineering (environmental, radio, television); Law (criminal, appellate, paralegal studies); Applied Psychology; Divinity (non-Christian ministries); and Writing-Publishing (nonfiction and humor).  Nonfiction topics in which I am published include backpack camping, RV camping, cooking, brewing beer, wilderness survival, hiking, tourism, inexpensive vacations, amateur radio, law, medicine, politics, editorials, and a few more.  The index is immense.

Employment:  Small business COO and CFO for 40 years, including an assortment of companies, all of them reasonably successful at what they were trying to accomplish.  Small business makes money, but that is not its only emphasis.  These became too marginal in profit due to the Great George W. Bush Depression which we are currently experiencing.

Currently, I work as Chancellor of Milwaukee Free University, and also teach psychology.  I publish the San Diego Homeless News, write freelance and for Yahoo Media, and webmaster the San Diego poverty website, NZ9F.com., my website.  I also work in politics as an Applied Psychologist.

Special Skills:  Consummate master of the written word.  Fluencies in the International Language of Morse Code.  Some Spanish.  I consistently generate ideas that are sound, practical, new, and interesting.  A work-a-holic, I also have some unusual skills regarding human spirituality.
