FUNDING, CRITICIZED.

The US Government provides money to hire public service lawyers, to create the illusion that poor people (sometimes) get proper legal services and equality under the law.  Given to San Diego County, this money goes for a program to help poor people that is called the Legal Aid Society.  A tiny amount of this money, amounting to spare change, is given to help the poorest of the poor, the nation's homeless.  No money is provided for lawyers, just for malpractice insurance so that the county cannot be sued.  That is the Homeless Advocacy Program, using volunteer lawyers, which allows poor people to believe that the law is not merely for rich people.

This is part of the "Justice" system, a system of fairness for the wealthy, and unfair to all others.  The concept of justice has nothing to do with being fair at all, but rather the wishes of the rich Ruling Class.

If I break your arm, I have damaged the property (you) of some rich employer and some rich landlord, causing them harm.  That is the only reason I am punished.  The wealthy are absolutely certain that they own you because you work hard to make money for them, pay them rent, buy food from them, and so on.  Damage to you reduces your value as an asset.  Killing you eliminates your cash value entirely.  That is why Ruling Class people hate suicide so much.  You stole your life away from their ownership.  How DARE you!

The concept of "Justice" is similar to the concept of religion, which involves the hypnosis and brainwashing of the poor so that they do not kill the rich and take their money.  Justice is what happens when religion fails.  Punishment, revenge.

Poor people stealing from other poor are prosecuted, but not vigorously, as being stolen from does damage to the life of a slave, the victim, and that reduces their value to the rulers.  You do need to know that our systems of justice and religion are evolved from Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece, both big on slavery.

The government's poverty legal program, described, benefits the homeless, but take into account that real action involves Class Action suits, damage suits against police and government, Constitutional Challenges of repressive laws, radical criminal defense, and similar controversial issues.  The man who shot the judge in the head said "Fairness in a courtroom is rare, but sometimes happens.  Usually we just get the wishes of the rich, which we call Justice."  The London Riots of 2011 are "fairness" and will be punished to produce "justice", the will of the rich Nazi Ruling Class.

Karl Marx, before the rich people erased and re-wrote all of his philosophical works, said, "Rich people make laws, and poor people obey them."  His work being corrupted is the same sort of thing as hackers changing my wording and punctuation on this website, to make me look crazy.  Hitler hated books.  The Nazi Jews who run the United States don't seem to care for Free Speech very much, either.

Homeless must fight the whole legal system due to its unfairness against poor people.  Equal treatment under the law is as big an outright lie as the notion of "innocent until proven guilty."  Hogwash!

So, when a Homeless Advocacy lawyer tells you that there is no hope of winning your case, well, you may want to try to find a more aggressive attorney.  All volunteer lawyers do so because they care about poor people, and they care about law and the legal system, too.  Most have a mind-set of the background of wealthy people, such as middle-class or ruling-class values, however, made more rigid and justifying of itself by brainwashing in law school.  Not everybody brainwashes so easily, so there are a few lawyers radical enough to ignite a cause.  Find one.

I routinely damaged the legal system when I prosecuted or defended a case.  Certain questions can be asked of a witness, for example, that put the whole legal system into question.  I routinely made the police and government officials look absolutely stupid and corrupt at the same time, even though the two are mutually exclusive. 

Great tactics include disbarring the opponent's lawyer during a jury trial, placing the judge under Citizen's Arrest, appealing every mundane procedural ruling to the Chief Judge, and tying up every case all the way to the Supreme Court.  Subpoena and summon tens of thousands of government officials by creating a situation where you need them as witnesses.  There are no witness fees needed to be paid in that situation. 

Make the opposing lawyer and/or the judge a Defendant in the case, by amending the initial plea.  File criminal charges against the opponent's witnesses, or even the judge.  Anyone can do that, not just the District Attorney.  Bring the judge and DA up for a recall election.  Invite the news media to protests near the courtroom.  Subpoena the judge and opposing attorney to testify in the trial being decided.  Ask that the District Attorney be held in contempt and jailed for not providing Discovery evidence quickly enough.  

Wisconsin kicked me out of the law business, so that was California's gain.  Criminal lawyers are guys who have not been caught yet, defending other guys who have.  A Retainer Fee is a bribe paid to the judge so you get a fair trial.  Give the cash to your lawyer.  If you had been to prison more than once for something you didn't do, you would feel the same way.
