Sept. 30, 2011 - Huge volume of info handled like this: Public news and info will be in the San Diego Homeless News, October Edition, out today. Less important stuff will be in this blog when completed. Intelligence information of a low class will go out by e-mail, and higher class stuff will go out pen-and-ink only, in person. My international blog is included today, below, which I rarely do.

For the first time ever, this blog and the SD Homeless News were actually hacked live and in real-time while being written!

My meeting yesterday with the San Diego Police was on the surface a great failure, as no new inroads considered and much communications difficulties obvious. I got a great chance to evaluate psychologically what we are all up against, and learned a lot about what it will take to keep the situation non-violent. Most of it is classified.

Was Israeli Intelligence responsible for Sept. 11, as suggested by the Moslem Underground Network? They certainly knew about it, and either told the US or not. It is in their best interests, perhaps, to not say anything, as then there is maximum impact and hatred for Moslems and Arabs. What I can say for sure is that Jews often hire their own to deface synagogues with swastikas and graffiti, then blaming Nazis who had no part in it. I went to a Jewish university 8 years, and all my friends were Jewish. In fact, almost all the women I dated in college were Jewish. I knew people who worked defacing their own synagogues. I also knew several professional killers who worked for synagogues, and one such man was a good friend of mine. He killed anyone that they wanted dead, and connections in the police department and District Attorney's Office covered up all the evidence.

The International Blog (popular in China) rarely goes out on US web-space, but today I criticize the BBC for having one of their people refer to the LONDON FREEDOM FIGHTERS as "Punks". If we are to resort to name-calling, then the BBC is a bunch of "Kikes". So, does that make everything better? Eat our shit and have your cocksucking queen fall into the mud where she belongs. The British Brainwashing Corporation is as bad as the group in Ocean Beach, San Diego, who insisted upon calling us "Bums". Anyone who believes your "news" is a fucking idiot. On a lighter note, the British have a word for people who use Twitter too much. They are called "twits". Too much cum on too many crackers, mylady.

Could any of us Ancient Pagans in Britain complain about the BBC propaganda surrounding the Freedom Fighters burning London? Don't hurt anybody, but I would like to see a pie thrown in the queen's face or some other innocent protest. Send British Intelligence to silence me, instead? I am sufficiently high-profile that you would have a lot of explanations to make once it hit the front page of all the newspapers. Yes you could, but it would hurt you more than me. Sept. 28, 2011 - Things sticking in my head: Moslem account of 9-11-2001. United Nations Report on the worst human-rights violator nation of all, the United States.

Moslem account of Sept. 11 was given to me at yesterday's City Council meeting. It says that one particular rich Jew, a major share-holder in Google, owned the World Trade Center in New York, and was having financial trouble. The towers had little or no cash value, and he was unable to sell them because their maintenance costs were as much as the rent on them, especially as they were constructed with a lot of asbestos.

He obtained a huge insurance policy on the building and any liability regarding tenants, in the billions of dollars, only weeks before the terror incident. It did include any acts of terror. He always ate breakfast at a particular restaurant in the building, every morning for 17 years, except for the day of the event. And, more than 20 people who were his friends or family members and worked in the building decided not to go to work that day.

What does this prove? That he knew there was a problem, suspected possible terrorist attack, and even suspected when. He had connections with both Mormon and Israeli intelligence, and held a major stockholder share of Google. It does not prove his involvement, except perhaps to fail to notify authorities, but it does prove that various people knew in advance about Sept. 11. His insurance check was in the billions of dollars.

So, was this a "Pearl Harbor"? The US knew about Pearl Harbor weeks ahead of time, because we had cracked the Japanese Radio Code. That is why many of our ships were gone that day on a "secret mission". Pearl served to pique interests in fighting a war.

United Nations Condemns US as worst Human Rights violator: We like to point to nations like Haiti for having a terrible record on human rights of the poor, but the UN pointed out that refugee camps do permit drinking water access and proper toilet sanitiation, which the homeless camped on the US streets do not get. Add to that making "illegal lodging" a criminal or criminalized offense, and you get the truth: The United States is the worst Human Rights violator of any nation in the world. Read the United Nations report. They would also like UN monitors to supervise the fairness of our rigged elections. Israel objects.

Sept. 27, 2011 - Homeless Advocacy Team, City Council Meeting, Regular Blog.

Homeless Advocacy Team met Monday to discuss voter registration (meeting is open to the public tomorrow night, Wed. Sept. 28, 5:30 PM, America Plaza Trolley Station, in the San Tropez Restaurant). Police harassment was also discussed, and I will be meeting with the cops on Thursday. Many of the Homeless Intellectuals were present, and a good time was had. The next regular Homeless Advocacy Team meeting is next week, Monday, Oct. 3, at 3 PM, First Lutheran Church, Third and Ash streets, Downtown San Diego. Dinner afterwards at 4:00. Both meetings are open to the public. One of the homeless intellectuals recently lost a government job over politics. Corporate America can fire people for political reasons, but government cannot, so a lawsuit is pending.

City Council Meeting discussed the toilet shortage, and Water Man David Ross complained that his toilets are being reposessed today, the City owing him money on them and not having paid. I also brought up the police problems, indicating that real estate being too expensive was the main problem for both tourism and the homeless.

Regular Blog: Lots to say, very little computer time left to do so. I want to see a City Ordinance that if you sell food, you must provide toilets for everyone, not just your customers. And, drinking fountains as well. No taxpayer money. Eventually, both would be in the State Penal Code.

Presidential Treatment Available: The Hong Kong Club in Tijuana offers a B & B (Beer and a Bl**job) Special where you can quaff a pint while being serviced the way Monica Lewinski served President Clinton. (Please do not ejac on the server's tea dress.) Actually, they use condoms to collect all that stuff. You might be saving it to make up a batch of Holy Communion, or make some food Kosher.

Sept. 25, 2011 - Homeless Forces has met for years on Sundays at Father Joe. News gets traded, and violent ideas get discarded. Important work. Spent the day helping lost tourists find the baseball and football games, held at the same time. Nobody from MTS, Trolley, or either team present at America Plaza, so I helped get people to the right place. One man said, "Don't the Padres play at Qualcomm Stadium anymore? They did last time I was here." Yup, they used to. He was carrying a baseball glove and headed with the crowd to Old Town. I stuck him onto an Orange Line. Reminded me of my work as a tourism cab driver, back before I quit due to Jerry Sanders becoming elected Mayor. We all did, so good luck teaching Akmed to understand English.

Several insults, my average being 8 per day, but only two bothered me, both of them serious threats. One at Park and Market, the other at El Cajon Transit Center. Helping the tourists brought the better taxi memories out, however. As a cab driver, the first 50 hours a week you work pays the bills and nothing else. Then you make $25 an hour for additional hours, so you need to work 100 hours a week to earn the $1250 necessary to live in San Diego. Nowadays, you need to work even more hours, due to few tourists, a bad economy, increased gasoline costs, and a much larger number of taxicabs to compete with. Sleep-wise, the cab biz is many accidents waiting to happen.

Sept. 24, 2011 - Police balking at meeting, same problem eventually had with Clean & Safe. That is all expected. They have no answer for me. My training as an Applied Psychologist says that they need to call me a lunatic, deranged, or at least out of touch. Granted, as otherwise they are all corrupt greedy bastards who are conspiring to hide the truth. Which, of course, is the truth.

The reason I must be tolerated is that I come up with many useful ideas. Here is a sign that Clean and Safe (The Downtown San Diego Partnership) should post on the sidewalks near the trolley:

Sidewalk is Private Railroad Property, Leased to San Diego Trolley. NO TRESPASSING except to access homes, businesses, or waiting for the Trolley. All other use is Criminal Trespass, punished by fine and/or jail time, per California Penal Code 602.

Updates on GTT, HAT, Voter Registration

Voter Registration: I registered myself as a Deputy Registrar, and have 50 forms and 2 instruction sheets. I do not have clip-boards, but we will be provided by GTT with tables, chairs, lunch, and volunteers. Extra forms need not be ordered, just picked up on the Route 20 bus,Kearny Mesa, business hours. HAT refused to discuss voter registration even though City Beat was there to cover that, leading to a riff between Jim and myself, and me trying unsuccessfully to get a word in edgewise, while HE complained that I was taking over his meeting. I got insulted a lot. Met his new interns, and they are more intelligent than the usual bunch he gets, so I invited them to take the Doctoral Level Homeless Course at www.NZ9F.com/Summary, which brings a professional up-to-speed on the entire situation in an hour or two. The HAT meeting did bring out a Police Harassment problem on Union (Zero Street) and B, leading me to file an emergency complaint with the Police Chief. I will be representing the homeless to the police department (I was a police detective 8 years). Advertising and flyers: Most homeless so far have indicated that they will never vote under any circumstances, either if they are registered or not. We need to find out why, and persuade them to register. So far, I have offered voter registration, with absolutely NO takers.

Sept. 20, 2011 - HAT (Homeless Advocacy Team Meeting), New Police Harassment issues, Update on my meeting with Intelligent Life Forms.

HAT, the Homeless Advocacy Team met last night to arrange voter registration, supposedly, but ended up discussing an emergency problem instead. Homeless in the neighborhood of Union (Zero Street) and B have been repeatedly harassed and ticketed by police, supposedly for "trespassing upon a public sidewalk". What's next? The crime of walking down the street? Failure to adhere to proper neighborhood Social Class? Failure to salute the Nazi Gestapo and kiss their badges?

We need another Class Action Suit regarding police harassment of the homeless, and any lawyers looking for work may be able to develop a name for themselves as a fighter, and get paid out of any Class Action monies awarded.

Ihave filed an emergency complaint with San Diego Police administrators.

Missing? Me? Gone 3 days but got back with only ten minutes having gone by on my wristwatch. Delusional? I wish. That would be much nicer an explanation, and far more convenient. The help I will get is almost nothing, much to my dismay, but okay. You have to take what you can get. I intend to create a device much more important than the cell phone or internet, which will change the world forever for the better.

The hard part is that this has to not be illegal, not harm anyone, I have no money to invest in development, and similar issues. Who loses? A great deal of corrupt interests would be put out of business. Requires radio engineering, which I can do, plus I have to brush up on digital circuitry, not binary, not trinary, but tetranary. Binary digital is stone-age tech.

It is not illegal, I can do it all alone, and it will change everything permanently, even more than the idea I had of Indian Gaming. It uses alien technology. Sept. 17, 2011 - Obituary for Priestess Grace on the Religious News Page, M2, which is www.NZ9F.com/M2. Blog: Power outage in Downtown Tijuana, Grocery Corruption.

The West Coast Power Outage. Imagine being in TJ during no lights and no electric power. It is on the California grid, its powerful diesel generators in Rosarito Beach, south suburbs, able to handle a good hunk of the grid. The grocery chain stores went to generators immediately, providing light for a long line of people buying batteries and candles for ten times the usual price. The only light Downtown came from the street vendors, who use Coleman propane lanterns. Their permits are intentionally for specific places where emergency light may be needed, and they become the backup. No drinking water, no gasoline pumps, no traffic signals, no cell phone charging, no cash registers nor electric scales, no telephone nor cellular service, no internet (even with batteries good in your laptop, the connections to the web are powered by electricity), no ATM machines, no street lights, and half of the radio and television stations went down, including the Walrus.

Generator noise made the whole AM radio band unhearable, but fortunately KFMB put its AM news signal onto Jack-FM, so I received news on my battery-powered transistor radio. Basic camping gear is also useful for emergencies, as one of my news articles touts. Camp stove very handy, too, along with candles and flashlights. Most restaurants closed, as they cook with electricity, or use pumps to supply water. I thought about my generator, a Kawasaki-powered Briggs and Stratton from Manitowoc and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I converted it to quadruple-fuel years ago (gasoline, propane, ethanol, napthalene) and it sits in a storage unit in East County. Would be useful right now.

The following day, with the lights back on but the two nuclear power plants at San Onofre (Oceanside) still going thru power-up procedures, all of southern San Diego County was running on the Tijuana generators. That, by the way, is what is supposed to happen when the nuke plants go down.

Grocery Store Corruption: (leaving a lot of the more sordid stuff out!)Soriana finally pissed me off enough to write about its constant cheating of its customers. Downtown in Tijuana, they compete with CaliMax and Ley in the grocery biz, and are loosely affiliated with one of the two big San Diego chains (Kroger-Ralphs-Food4Less or Safeway-Vons-Lucky-Albertsons). Most people do not even know that those stores are each one entity, including those people who work there!

Frequently I have been short-changed as much as $20 at the Soriana cash register, and when I complain, they tell me to eat shit. They stack their merchandise too high to take one off the pyramid-shaped pile at the top, hoping you will break one or knock down the whole stack, which they then make you pay for! Failure to pay is prison with no trial. Since I warn of tourism scams on my Tijuana page(www.NZ9F.com/TJ), let me add grocery shopping to the list.

Most shelf prices are lower than that charged at the cash register, and most people do not notice. And, the "Price Verifier", if it works (usually doesn't) gives you the incorrect shelf price, so you still get charged more at the cash register. Poultry and eggs are double the US prices due to the corrupt Bachoco Mexican Chicken and Egg Mafia, which even has bought out US egg farms, closing them down due to price competition, or forcing them to increase their prices. They have even sabotaged egg farms with salmonella. The net result is that eggs and chickens cost 2 or 3 times as much in the Southern US as in the North, and twice that much yet in Mexico! You pay 40 to 60 cents per dozen for extra-large eggs, right? And, you pay 50 cents a pound for whole chickens, too. Those are the prices without Bachoco.

The most sinister of all Soriana problems happens sometimes when you use their ATM machine. After you have entered your PIN number, the machine freezes up for more than six hours, and will not proceed at all. Your card is stuck in there, with no way to get it out, and your PIN has already been entered! I know several people who lost all their money that way, and under Mexican law, that is just too bad. "Tourist trap", said one store employee. Well, I am an electrical engineer, so I managed to find and short out the electrical circuit of the ATM machine, shutting it down, spitting out my card when it re-booted. Failing that, I would have found and disconnected the telephone web connection, even if I had to climb a telephone pole.

I suppose that any store that pays its non-union employees one dollar per hour can expect all of these things. Mormon Mob, but you already knew that, if you are paying attention. I am very familiar with those guys, who run the News Media. Might they send me to prison yet a third time for something I did not do? No, too high-profile these days, and now you know exactly why. Sept. 15, 2011 - Completed my Psychiatric Evaluation, and will shift it up here to this blog position. A hacker disconnected the link to my Suicide Page, the noose.

Psych. Evaluation of John Kitchin Good: No longer biting fingernails, a sign of less anxiety, alcohol use rare and insignificant, no other drug use except caffeine, no smoking, great web work, political successes, spirituality and love okay, has mastered his very limited finances. Bad: Very few friends, no lover, hard to find anyone at all on his educational or intellectual level. Obvious: 4 years of evaluating suicide as an option has resulted in finding that life means little or nothing, and is not worthwhile. No depression, sadness, nor mental or emotional problems whatsoever. Maintained slightly on the manic side to prevent depression, resulting in humor and creativity. Intervention: Find intellectual peers in coffeehouses? The only peers so far are a handful of professors at UCSD. Create new employment for self? Increased spirituality, to bring things about? Some boredom with website and newspaper. Psychotropics: Why so much more trouble in summer than in winter? Melatonin levels? As it turns out, just hydration. More sweat in summer, and skin evaporation, less fluids in the body, and that has a major impact on my mood and much more! I use no illegal drugs, tiny alcohol use, some caffeine (too much). No nicotine, the most addictive drug of all. Lifestyles: I liked remote camping, because it is quiet, no cigarette stink, and no love lost as there are no people to take it. Also no insults. We all get insulted dozens of times a day in San Diego. Spirituality: What is the vetting process regarding participation at a public university, and how did it miss me? My Life: Circumcision was the biggest problem, as it permanently removes the nerves used in sexual satisfaction, which never grow back. Cutting off sexual parts of a baby should be punished by the Death Penalty. From there, going to a Catholic grade school was awful, especially being required to attend Mass Hypnosis and having to go to communion. Gave me a bad case of ADD, which continues to this day, and made me too "spermed out" to have a decent life. The biggest adult problem was being intentially UNJUSTLY convicted of crimes by the Latter Day Saints, teaching me how corrupt and utterly worthless society is, without exceptions. Makes me question the value of life itself, not just mine. I never even received an apology, much less compensation. So, should I attempt to punish society? Hygeine: Still do not often enough shave, shower, or change clothes, a sign of Depression. Very difficult to bathe when homeless, however. Satisfaction: Makes me feel good to feed poor families, volunteer in psychology and psychiatry, and even this website and politics. Society: If I ever decide to punish society for its treatment of myself, what could I do? I cover that elsewhere, in my blog of Sept. 12, 2011.

It has been universally agreed that any 4-year-long evaluation involving the cooperation of many professionals is a valid decision, so if I decide to die, too bad. Not quite courageous enough right now, plus it is too much work to do that.

Sept. 14, 2011 - Very busy due to the death of a friend, so blog is slow.

Death of Priestess Grace - Dead from a heart attack due to smoking cigarettes, age 50, we were once in a 3-way relationship along with her wife Gabrielle. She used to laugh when Gabi accidentally knocked me out of bed by discharging love when she coughed or sneezed. Her life was so miserable that all of her friends agree that death was a blessing for her. We miss her, but are also very happy. She got what she needed and wanted most, which was to die. Funny world. She is survived by family throughout Mexico, whom have disowned her for years, and her two mates, Gabi and myself, although she and I parted a year ago. Since Gabrielle is grief-stricken, I am comforting her.

Viejas Free Meal, celebrating its 20th Anniversary was a big success. In 1979, I suggested to friends in the Menomonee Tribe of Keshena, Wisconsin, that they start a gambling casino, since they are a Federal Territory, and not subject to state laws which prohibit gambling. Ten years of lawsuits followed, but precedent was set.

Sept. 12, 2011 - My take on September 11, 2001, and its tenth anniversary. The biggest tragedy is that George W. Bush has still not been prosecuted for his role. September 11 struck a blow against the slave trade of the major corporations, who treat employees as a mere commodity. It also hurt the corrupt and arrogant Rich People's Dictatorship, the New World Order (or Third Reich), and its two political parties, the Democratic Jewish Nazis Party, and the Republican Jewish Nazis Party, which rules the US and its people. Above that, many negative effects, such as using violence, which is unacceptable. It also wiped out all personal freedoms regarding the internet and telephone calls, as well as regarding banking. It increased fear within the Paranoid States of America as well. It ended up causing hatred worldwide of the US people and their self-righteous bastards government, due to the war on terror. It had the main effect of calling attention to the problem. Which of these are good and which are bad? I make no calls at all on that. Just perspectives. Having George W. Bush speak at a Sept. 11 ceremony is like inviting Hitler's grandson to dedicate a new synagogue.

Was Al-Quada backed by God? Their religious views are not, being even more Satanic than Christianity and Judaism are. That aside, God may have helped them. One guy at the Border thought I might be a terrorist, and snapped my photo. No, if I were a terrorist, I would knock every communications satellite out of the sky. I was in on their very early radio engineering design. If I were a terrorist, I would publish instructions for how to turn insecticides into nerve gas. I have had many ideas for weapons, and some of them were actually developed by CIA. I had an idea for an electronic radio-wave equivalent of nerve gas, that acts on the electrical system of nerves rather than the chemical system. It cannot be hidden from, because radio waves can go right thru solid objects. Unfortunately, the person using this weapon cannot hide from it either, and would die. So its only use would be terrorism. Not a useful military tool, for that reason.

That causes mental illness, alcoholism, and substance abuse in the homeless. Your volunteers need to be "paid", but using charismatics who work for hugs is a lot more efficacious than using gnostics. The Pagan Bishop on Marriage: A best friend that you also have sex with is what a husband or wife actually is. It is not practical to have very many best friends in your lifetime, because of how much time is involved in that. So, we jump into bed with people, and those whom we get along with best sexually we try to become best friends with. Sometimes, it works out.

Usually, though, the friendship becomes temporary, while any children produced are permanent. Hence, divorce, usually caused by persons growing in different directions, or persons who got married without considering the consequences thoroughly enough. In Ancient Paganism, divorce is called HandParting, where the husband and wife have a rope that ties their hands together untied. Ceremony makes everyone more cooperative.

Divorce is a clergy matter, not for a courtroom, and the pre-nuptial agreement that was required before the marriage is carried out, subject to any mutually-agreed revisions. The legal word for clergy dissolving a marriage is annulment. Paperwork on the pre-nup and annulment are then sent to a judge as a stipulated divorce. Divorce by mail.

Sept. 2, 2011 - Girls Think Tank meeting, San Diego Homeless News is about to be published, United Nations condemns USA for Human Rights abuses against its homeless.

GTT, the Portland Loos are stalled by politics, so private funding is being sought. Lots of bankers in the banking district complaining about the level of piss and shit on the sidewalks, so maybe they will chip in. The AARP may also be interested. Picnic and party planning committee meets Tuesday, Sept. 6, 5:30 pm inside the America Plaza Transit Station of the Trolley, San Tropez tables. Some web sites bantered about include ABetterSanDiego.Org, ShowYourLoveSD.Org, and even JesusHandsAndFeet.Wordpress.Com, and the Low Income Health Plan of the President, currently in effect! at 1-800-587-8118. I have not yet investigated any of these for the possibility of being FAKE, as most nonprofits are.

State of California now refuses to pay for my psychiatric medicine, even though the chances of suicide not taking it approaches 100%.

This gives me a high-level emergency, trying to stay alive. I would live less than 48 hours, maximum, without it. I remember what happened last year!

In reverse order (this blog is LIFO), an INTERN is the son or daughter of a wealthy person who receives a job that mommy or daddy pays the salary of. A business gets a free employee in return for providing experience. Interns in Political Science or Motion Pictures are expected to perform sexually, too. In some cases, it may be some foundation or nonprofit that pays the wages of an intern.

Substantive, as used in regard to homeless issues, means that something reduces the number of homeless, not merely making them feel more comfortable by providing them with such things as a blanket or supportive housing, which are comfort or feel-good issues. Supportive housing reduces the number of sidewalk dwellers, but does not reduce the number of homeless, as those in supportive housing are still homeless.

Banned racism and sexism. Established relations with the most intelligent citizens of other planets, secretly. Those civilizations demanded we prove that we are space-capable, which puts us in a different class, sort of like being a nuclear power. Permitted labor unions to flourish, so that employees could share in the national wealth. Emphasized quality of products, to justify higher prices for US goods abroad, and thus higher salaries for its workers. Presided over an era of economic and technological prosperity. Setup the beginnings of MediCare, water flouridation, human rights, civil rights, and a fairer system of "justice". 100 years after President Lincoln, it was Kennedy who really freed the slaves!

Worst US Presidents: The worst President ever was Tricky Dick, perhaps the most criminal and evil man ever to run for any public office, Richard M. Nixon. He allowed secret Mafia organizations to take over the government completely, turned the Vietnam War into a game of cheating taxpayers to benefit billionaires, raped the treasury and economy, stifled labor unions, caused an economic recession that we are still trying to get out of, established official lies about inflation and unemployment, killed John and Robert Kennedy, killed Martin Luther King, Jr., bugged the Democratic Watergate Headquarters and got caught, lied in the Checkers Scandal about receiving bribes, turned the FBI and CIA into organizations that disregard all laws and routinely commit crimes themselves, and resigned to place an equally-corrupt President (Ford) in his place. Most, if not all, of our nation's present problems arise out of things Nixon did. Bush, who established more power for corrupt mafia-related religious groups in the Religious Right, curtailed broadcast freedom with new FCC rules, raped the old Bankruptcy laws in favor of the rich, established banking laws that allowed both corruption and theft, collapsed both the banking and real estate systems, made all nations and all people on earth despise the United States and all of its citizens (they are still trying to kill all of us), caused three wars (Iraq, Afghanistan, and Terror), decimated and destroyed the military, raped the economy with no-bid government contracts selling billion-dolllar pencils produced for a penny each by his cronies, covered up the Mad Cow Disease scandal, forced the news media to tout government lies, flushed the economy down the toilet causing the greatest Economic Depression ever (far worse than the Hoover Depression of the 1930s), murdered Wall Street even while selling out to the owners of the major corporations and Special Interests at the same time, rigged the voting machines in 2 Presidential elections in order to have himself win despite only getting about 10% of the vote, sold out to oil interests in order to quadruple the price of gasoline, got his college roommate elected President of Afghanistan as the only candidate on the ballot (no write-ins accepted), pissed off nearly all the American people, caused tens of thousands of suicides related to real estate foreclosure and homelessness, went power-mad trying to suck political power into his presidency as a dictator, took the country from debt-free under President Clinton to thoroughly and forever bankrupt, and eliminated all freedoms against wiretaps and computer snooping. Our third-worst President ever, Ronald Reagan, established the rigging of voting machines instead of counting votes as the norm in elections, closed the mental hospitals in order to place the mentally ill on the streets with the homeless (in order to make people think that the homeless were mentally ill), routinely had millions of people convicted of crimes that they did not commit in order to force political repression, established more power for corrupt mafia religious organizations controlling the public and private sectors, and without Reagan corrupting the voting process it would have not been possible to elect George W. Bush president. Reagan was the bridge between the corruption of Nixon-Ford (you never heard anything bad about Ford because his Mormon Mafia runs the news media) and the other side of that bridge at George W. Bush. They continue with the Tea Party, Religious Right, and thousands of fake nonprofits.

As I approach my 4-year anniversary of becoming homeless, I am careful as same is about the time when severe mental illnesses and substance abuse begins. I abuse no drugs, alcohol, etc., except I do drink too much coffee. Any other problems that I ever had were from Attention Deficit Disorder, caused entirely by the consumption of too much DNA in my food, lifetime. I now even doubt that my case of autism can be considered real autism.

Financial Oversimplification: (functional costs, not actual, to permit non-homeless to understand my budget). I operate on a budget of $20 per day and need all of it for food and internet,so if I need to be somewhere, or spend money,Ihave to cut corners someplace. I use the soup kitchens and the library computers to free up some money. I free up $10 of my $20 by eating at a soup kitchen. This costs me time, however, both standing in line and taking transportation to and from the meal.

Maybe I will use the $10 to buy 20 pounds of beans to help feed the starving families that I see frequently in Mexico. Or, I will use the money to make a few photocopies, be somewhere ($6) or be at a specific appointment ($9). Or maybe make a phone call ($3). These are ACTUAL COSTS, determined by a lost-time and lost-productivity analysis. I spent 40 years as a COO and CFO.

The web is 75 cents per hour in Tijuana, and not limited to just an hour or two at the libraries. And, if I need a scanner, or color copies, the library is of no use. Its primary drawback is the travel times and waiting times needed. It costs more to use the library computers than it does to pay for rental in Tijuana! It just does not cost that money in cash.

Aug. 22, 2011 - Blog censored out by me, but have patience. I will rewrite it. It is on suicide, the Thought Police, Psychiatry and Psychology, and Attention Deficit Disorder. I speak of ADD being caused by ingestion of too much human DNA, and say that "I make the argument that all psychologists and psychiatrists who do not acknowledge ADD as both a prevalent and a legitimate disorder need to have their licenses revoked immediately, to lessen the harm that their quackery does to society." Yup, I really do feel that way, and strongly. I used some 3 dozen very nasty words, too. This is why the blog was censored:

Aug. 21, 2011 - God and UFOs. Hundreds of people that I know have interacted with the Intelligent Life Forms (ILFs), the so-called UFO aliens. Very few will talk about same, for fear of being locked up or called crazy. A very few people that I know have met God, in-person and one-on-one, face-to-face. None of them is willing to talk, for much the same reasons. I write and talk about both, but give limited information, and it appears that I am not authorized to say more than I have already been saying.

Interaction with God is a test, and I ruin that test when I tell you the answers.

Meeting God is how some early religious leaders got their notions about religion. And, meeting the "Angels" is how humans got their notions about gods. Beyond God actually existing, everything you were ever taught about God is false! For example, there are many things that even God cannot change. God has limitations. God is a being, like us. God has weaknesses, and secrets. God also has friends, who know some of ITS secrets (God is neither male nor female). Powerful, yes. All-powerful, religious propaganda. San Diego's Unemployment Rate is now 10.5%, which means that 10% of all workers have been recently laid off, over the number which have become recently employed. It is the percentage of new Unemployment Insurance Checks being issued. It is NOT the percentage of people without work! People need to understand that President Nixon changed what the "Unemployment Rate" is. It is a measure of acceleration, not velocity. It indicates the INCREASE or DECREASE in the number of people without jobs, not the TOTAL NUMBER!

A good estimate of the number percentage of those in San Diego who are actually without work, or without the type of work that they have been trained to do, is around 55%, roughly. That is the UTR, the Unemployment Totals Rate, which NEVER gets talked about on TV or in the newspapers. Someday I want a percentages breakdown something like this: Working only part-time, working 2 or more part-time jobs, doctors working as janitors, persons living off crime such as dope sales, panhandling, homeless, on welfare, living off relatives, living off the sale of a home or car, living off savings, etc. A list of income sources, including employment or under-employment sources.

Physically or mentally handicapped would be listed, in a different category. All this "Unemployed" stuff works just like the homeless count, in that everyone is in denial.

Aug. 19, 2011 - Politics, President Obama should resign as ineffective.

The new Miranda Rights: "You have the right to remain silent, which then gives us the right to tear out your tongue and feed it to our police dogs. You have the right to an incompetent attorney working for Minimum Wage and disbarred in most states. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you in court. You also have the right to be severely beaten by the police while being transported, and tortured into submission, breaking you mentally as a person. Which of your rights do you want to claim today?"

Not voting makes your life harder, but it makes my life harder, too. Politicians care about nothing except money and votes. Most choices are bad, too, but not all of them. Voting does make some difference.

Aug. 18, 2011 - Bank problem, Subsidized Housing. My bank would not allow me to pay my bill for this website, thinking same to be a mistake. Probably something to do with ties to terrorists, hippies, homosexuals, drug abusers, freethinkers (Atheists), Pagans, intellectuals, poor people, homeless, and other "undesirable scum". You do not want to be associated with that on your credit card record, do you? Took me $2.40 in cellular air time on their 800 number to straighten it out. None of the pay phones would place an 800 call. That is 25% of my entire operating budget for one day! I need that money for food, coffee, and web time!

This forced me to cross the border to get more money, because the ATM fees, with both the terminal charges and my bank charges combined, can total FOUR DOLLARS (!), and that would set me back way more than I can afford. That is a huge amount of money. I can get 8 hours of internet computer use, at the ridiculous-high-speed and processor requirementsnecessary to update this website, for that four dollars.

Homeless Solutions Page was updated to show that Subsidized Housing, Section 8 HUD, and Affordable Housing are no longer valid options to the homeless problem! The easiest way is to explain the concept of weasels. Three years ago, I got 300 weasels per month to pay all my bills, but could have done it with just 225 of them. HUD housing wanted 10% of my weasels, 30 in all, for an apartment. That would leave me with 270 weasels left over after paying rent. Plenty. The problem is that there was a nine-year waiting list to get HUD Section 8 housing. So, I got on the waiting list. That is how I planned to live.

In the past 3 years, however, the number of weasels I get decreased to only 160, plus the price of HUD housing went from 30 weasels to 60 for an apartment. So now, my 160 weasels, minus 60 for housing, gives me only 100 weasels left over after paying rent. Like I say above, I only need 225 weasels and I used to get 300 per month. Now, however, my 160 weasels per month is less than the 225 I need, by 65 weasels, even without paying rent. I need an increase from 160 weasels of 40%, just to survive on my 225 weasels minimum.

And, if I get subsidized housing, I need an additinal 60 weasels, and that is another 40% increase, too, for a total increase of 125 weasels added to my current income of 160. That would be an increase of 75% in income, which is not likely.

What is a weasel? A unit of value obtained for goods and services that are purchased by an extremely poor person. It is not money, and it has nothing to do with the Rate of Inflation, which is how money decreases in value for everyone, as opposed to just extremely poor people. This is the Poverty Market Basket. This is running about 40% APR for three years straight! If you look at what we need to buy, how we get by, and how we scrounge and save, that is a very real inflation rate for specific groups of the population only. I would give examples, but I would bore you.

I use no gasoline, but I use 50-cent coffee, which is now $1.50 per cup. I used to use no banking fees, but now I must pay. I no longer get free eyeglass service, so I went without being able to see properly for almost a year until I could afford new glasses when mine broke. I was legally blind for a year. My teeth no longer get dental care from the state, so they hurt constantly, but only half of them have fallen out. They hurt just as bad as my arthritis. No, there are not "alternative help" programs available. Talk to any social worker about why they do not work. No one in the whole world qualifies.

Now, just like in Mexico, we have a hundred million different help programs, and each one has a list of sneaky qualifications that disqualify, somehow, every single human being on the planet. I have compensated for my not any longer getting enough money to survive by increased use of the soup kitchens and food pantries, and I make fewer photocopies, wear worse clothing, no longer have a bike, no longer take any camping trips, no longer get any entertainment whatsoever, and have no cell phone except voice mail.

"Society never did anything for me at all, and so has no right to expect me to do anything for it. In addition, society has done such horrific things to me, repeatedly and intentionally, that it could never repay me the debt that it owes in my lifetime, as that is not enough time. Where do we go from here? Does it even matter?"

Could I invent a "nerve gas" radio wave that acts on the electrical part of the nervous system, and kills every living thing on the planet? Probably. Would I? No, but treating someone as intelligent as myself in an abysmal way does beg for somebody (else) to do that. You see, suicide is telling society "FUCK YOU", and suicide-with-homicide is increasing the sentiment. The ultimate suicide is when you kill everyone on the whole planet. Thinking of death? No, I think of solutions, all solutions, and these are just a few of them. Not very good ones, either.

What would be a winning situation is to find a way for me to make a lot of money while also benefiting the poor and also corporate interests at the same time. I will work on that, but I get increasingly jaded as to whether or not it is even worth my time.

Aug. 17, 2011 - New San Diego Chargers Football Stadium Environmental Impact Report: The stadium will cause approximately 4,000 people to lose their homes, and assurance is given that all of them will receive housing assistance, in the form of Affordable Housing or Subsidized Housing. In fact and truth, however, none of those people will actually receive same for very long, and all of them will end up living on the streets and sidewalks of Downtown San Diego, forever. Approximately 200 of these individuals will die of pneumonia or exposure in the next five years. Since humans are not endangered, this will not have a significant impact upon the species.

Aug. 15, 2011 - New Voter Registration Drive. Assembled the required information to register voters on Thur and Fri, and then took Sat and Sun off to cruise the nude beach and relax. I also visited a few more unusual meal programs for the poor, and found out that a few of them were dismantled by police. El Cajon has been brutal against its homeless, suggesting that having suburban meals encourages us to live there instead of Downtown San Diego. Began registering voters at the First Lutheran Church, 3rd and Ash, 4 PM Monday meal. If you want to help register voters, the rules are posted on Vote Page, www.NZ9F.com/Vote.

Supportive Housing. A very poor 4-year-old girl I know asked me for food, and said that it hurts her parents that they cannot afford to feed her. I have almost not a penny, but bought her family some food, as I usually try to. Sometimes I get donated food, too. This website and donating food to people even poorer than I am are where I spend a lot of my tiny income. If I had "Supportive Housing" that could not happen. I use library computers as much as possible, but need scanners, color printers, and 5 or more hours of access each day, including hours when libraries are not open.

Having a computer of my own would cost even more than than the pennies per hour I pay to rent one, too. And, there is no way I could afford the huge bandwidth I need to do my computer work. Cannot do that on Wi-Fi. Plus, I could never afford the huge array of software that I need to reject malware, disable worms, debug software, capture backups for data, kill viruses, take snapshots, destroy spy-bots, and assemble multiple firewalls. This site is highly controversial, as you know.

Internet Security. I had a few great ideas regarding stolen passwords. I already have a rule that no password may ever go out over the public airwaves, such as Wi-Fi, cellular, or any other open-ended (non-landline) way. I even refuse to use a wireless mouse. Here is a diabolical but simple way to catch hackers: Fix it so that when I log on to access my website, instead of clicking on "LOG IN", I know to click on the dragon's left ear instead. A hacker does not know that. And, my site name is not my web address, nor any e-mail address of mine, either. You do not know what site name is used to log in, even if you know the passcode. The third thing is, of course, that you do not type in the log-in user name on the line provided, either. You type it in on the iguana's tongue of the photo captioned. You did not know that, and so did not get access. And, it sent internet police looking for you, too.

It also generated an e-mail warning that you tried something, and if you either approached my real password or entered it, my website demanded that I change my passcode. Now you do not know what web name to enter, nor where to enter it, nor what blank space to click on when you do so, nor what passcode to enter, nor where to enter that passcode. Sound like a good internet security plan? Maybe there's a living for me in internet security. Long ago I had a neat idea for a bank alarm. Wireless. You can cut a wire, but how are you going to cut a radio wave?

Aug 10, 2011 -TV News on Home Page regarding the London Riots, where the homeless have been treated so badly that they are now burning the city. So, let me blog some taxi humor. That age-old problem in the cab business, what to do when the bodies you have been given to get rid of at a secluded dumpster are not quite dead yet. Do you help kill them? When Big Guido The Cockroach wants to pay his taxicab bill in cocaine, do you let him? After all, he owns the taxicab company, and the taxi police, too. You can't complain to the City, because Guido's Boys control all the Convenience Fees money that runs the government. And, if you refer to the Convenience Fees as bribery or extortion, Papa Scaffidi will break both your legs. Welcome to San Diego, where we perfected corrupt government.

How about the Death Penalty for crimes committed while in public office? The crime would have to be very serious, such as murder, rape, terrorism, extortion, bribery, or the worst crime of all, Conflicts of Interest. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours, and we get adjoining gravesites when we get out of Death Row.

The people I feed in the alleys of Tijuana asked me when the next Shrimp Day is. A couple weeks back on my birthday, I bought them shrimp. I just realized it, but I have celebrated my birthday the past 35 years by giving something to other people.

Aug. 9, 2011 - Had to repair site, most of it ok. Was not working with Mozilla-Firefox nor Google Chrome. Now, only the color part at the top of this page is all screwed up unless you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Then the page views correctly. Today, leftover from a week of software problems, but finally getting blogged:

Redevelopment Compromise- Have the state cut redevelopment money, like it is going to do anyway, but any money it does give cities and counties is no longer earmarked by red tape as to what to do with it. It all goes into the General Fund, and the unit of government receiving it can do with it according to its priorities. New sewers instead of a new ballpark? Redevelopment? Sure. Is that what you need most? Face it that local cities know more about their needs than the state does.

Health- A half-hour doctor visit in Mexico just went up from $2.70 U.S. to $3.40 U.S., which is terrible because most people make Mexican Minimum Wage, 25 Cents U.S. per hour. There is medical insurance sold by the government for a dollar U.S. per month, covering the whole family, however. It includes all hospitals, surgeries, andmedicines. Doctors make three U.S. dollars per hour, which is twelve times the minimum wage.

Evaluation of Self- My humor and in-your-face writing style goes along with one of my basic tactics of not having an opponent know how intelligent and powerful I am. Just go right ahead and consider me no threat at all. I will add your law license to my trophy collection when you lose to me in the Supreme Court.

Aug.8, 2011 - Homeless Intellectuals met and discussed a few things that I cannot yet publish. Bad software problems. Cannot update site with Health, Redevelopment Compromise Solution, and Evaluation of Myself (by self and others).

Website was shut down Sat., software failure, and my bank account was deleted Sun., but both working okay now.

Voter Registration Meeting: We need to get the word out that homeless do have the legal right to vote, and also that not voting means accepting worse horse-shit treatment, with no complaints. Just pour gasoline on us and let 'er rip. Not voting gives the government officials permission to treat you like an animal. That may be okay with you, but that also gives them permission to treat us all that way, not just you. Not okay with me. Vote, or get out of town!

Several service providers went to address the California Select Committee on Homelessness, but no one represented the San Diego Homeless, as we were not invited, and that committee, as a result, has no idea whatever what is going on.

Aug. 7, 2011 - Censored blogs restored (edited). I had to receive a lot of love dumped off by a High Priestess, and gave it to the meal volunteers several places. I am connected to the volunteers, but not the homeless. Bishop work. Also had to do several evaluations of church groups. All favorable, with tips for improvement.

In politics, San Diego Health and Human Services changed its ad campaign from "most" homeless mentally ill to the new claim, 25%. And, they upped the number of Sidewalk Urban Downtown San Diego (SUDS) homeless from 4000 to 8500. Progress, as there are about 10 thousand. They deny being homeless, insisting that they have a fine home, under that tree over there.

I finally gave last year's evaluation to the Girls Think Tank, a group that I admire, but I was critical, too. Business manager liked my frankness and truthfulness, but higher up (Board of Directors) was upset. It is a year old and never given to them because it was feared they would get upset. New business manager asked for input, and got it. It will all get worked out. Most of it is still censored, but I reminded everybody of a few truths, not censored:

1. No other group will even speak to the homeless at its meetings.
2. All of San Diego treats homeless as inferior and defective citizens.
3. There is no good reason to feel that way, because I am, for example, better-educated than anyone in the group, and hold higher religious privileges as well. In my case, I am unwilling to cooperate with the propaganda and corruption of society, and so I am homeless.
4. I am typical of the class of homeless that society wants desperately to deny exists. We are as many as 25% of the 200,000 San Diego homeless, 50 thousand, but probably only 10%, 20 thousand.

On the Mayoral Race, I do not like any of the current candidates. My choice for Mayor would be Tony Young or Marti Emerald, although Bob Filner is the best of the declared candidates. Probably he and candidate Bonnie DuManis will end up crucifying each other in the media, leaving Carl DeMaio as Mayor. He gets it by default, as the only declared candidate that everybody can work with, whether Democrat, Republican, Liberal, or Conservative.

Aug. 6, 2011 - Reworking censored blogs. East County Silva Road Homeless Camp (unincorporated El Cajon) has space, as does Alpine West Camp, behind the fire station on Tavern Rd., but that is only for illegal immigrants. My favorite camps, Pine Creek Zulu One, and Lake Morena Two, are both empty, having been raided by a volunteer Mormon group.

Aug. 3, 2011 - Contacted Yahoo regarding software problems, and they blame my web browser. Funny thing, but I use over 2,000 different computers. YouTube just changed its format, too, no longer supporting various television formats that I use (coincidentally). So, there is some progress in getting rid of me. Books scared Hitler more than anything else. He would have killed me for telling the truth, and his political descendants may yet do that today.

Aug. 2, 2011 - Software Not Functioning to Update Site. The State of California official free condoms for health protection are "Hollywood Brand", and have the searchlights and red carpet on the package (true story). Got my HIV test yesterday, results negative, and was offered the free state condoms.

One of the reasons I went in for an HIV test is that I noticed what I thought to be herpes on my leg. I am immune to herpes, so that might indicate an immune system dysfunction. No, I just need an exterminator. The blisters are not herpes, but bedbugs.

July 31, 2011 - Yahoo Software Problems during upgrade. Yahoo is eliminating the Windows Alternative Keys from its fonts, making everything on my whole website way more difficult to read, because I use them a lot. Many things to click on, like this face, , disappear entirely. Lots of software upgrades, and many of them good. In the meantime, during the upgrades, using Yahoo is nearly impossible.

There are also a large number of SPACE problems, where spaces between words get eliminated, or extra spaces get added, unauthorized, by a glitch in its program. Up until now, only extra lines between lines of type, which have to get individually deleted, were a problem.

Some of these problems are lessened or eliminated if you connect with Mozilla-Firefox or Google Chrome, but neither of those programs will allow me to link to my web pages. I must use MicroSoft Internet Explorer in order to form links to pages on my site. I bet even Yahoo doesn't know that.

Website Updates. The most interesting hacking so far has been things like changing one of my web links from 211SanDiego.Org to 211SD.Org, which is the South Dakota website. Whoever is doing this is extremely intelligent.

A Summary Page is being installed, permitting printout of the most important parts of the site, without editorial comment nor resource pages. The page itself exists and is being edited, the last page of those listed, although fewer than a quarter of the pages are listed at right. There is also a new IQ Page.

Blog. Huge amount of crap going on, all of it distracting me from what is important. With all the politics, webbing, teaching, and enjoying life, I actually was not aware of the fact that I no longer drink any alcohol. I pretty much no longer use spirituality, either. Wow.

I bought a camera for this site, to replace one stolen at the Salvation Army Breakfast, and it lasted only 18 days and died. I returned it to Wal-Mart and they told me the return policy is only 15 days. I told them that I understood why. I spoke with managers at two different Wal-Mart stores. The moral is to never, ever, buy camera equipment or electronics at Wal-Mart. Fool

The solution, for me, was to get out my electronics gear and fix it myself. I fix television transmitters, why not a television camera? Works better than new.

Prison overcrowding has lots of inmates released early, and that shows on the streets. Much harder to live on the street than in prison, with your bunk now made of concrete, and your toilet now being a flower bed near the sidewalk.

I am trying to find out why my entire life society has fought hard to keep my talents from being actualized. I could have made a very good pediatrician, for example, if not for constant opposition from institutions of society. Why? This opposition resulted in what I am now, and while I am great, I could have also made different sorts of contributions that both society and myself could have benefited from. I did not do this, it was done to me without my consent.

July 26, 2011 - Be thankful you don't operate the cable company in Tijuana. A hunk of cable 30 feet long trades for a small bag of heroin, so a lot of cable is missing every morning.

July 25, 2011 - Censored blog restored: Propositioned recently by a 16-year old, one ofmany(originally wrote thousands, but that is not true)of San Diego child prostitutes. Never in my life taken an underage person to bed, nor a male, nor a married person. Exception is two women married (lesbian) to each other, at the same time. Have not had sex in years, but I worry about possibly having been given HIV or hepatitis last October, intentionally, when I was in custody of the Latter Day Saints. That would provoke an all-out religious war. They drew 50 blood samples from me in 48 hours, just for starters.
