Nov. 7, 2011 - Alternative explanation of the Occupy Movement, from Yahoo Answers CA:

-----Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is nothing more than an ongoing series of demonstrations in New York City- The protests were initiated by the Canadian activist group Adbusters, mainly protesting social and economic inequality, corporate greed, corruption and influence over governmentparticularly from the financial services sectorand lobbyists. The protesters' slogan, "We are the 99%", refers to the difference in wealth in the U.S. between the wealthiest 1% and the rest of the population.

-----The group has been criticized for its lack of specific demands. The General Assembly of the OWS has already adopted a Declaration of the Occupation of New York City, which includes a list of grievances against corporations, and many protesters believe that the general statement is enough. However, in early October other protesters, strongly in favor of a need for demands, had formed a Demands Working Group to identify and present a formal statement of specific actions they would ask local and federal governments to adopt. The Demands group published its list of demands in the New York Times in mid-October. The plan would involve creating 25 million new public-sector jobs paying union-level wages, providing free public transportation and free university education for all, staffing a single-payer health care system, and pursuing clean-energy research. Their plan would be funded by cutting the military budget in half and big tax hikes on the wealthiest.

-----The Demands Working Group has put together a competing document, the Liberty Square Blueprint, a wiki page edited by some 250 occupiers and still undergoing changes.

-----Commentators have said that although the movement is not in complete agreement on its message and goals, it does have a message which is fairly coherent. According to Bloomberg Businessweek, protesters want more and better jobs, more equal distribution of income, bank reform, and a reduction of the influence that corporations wield in politics. Adbusters co-founder Kalle Lasn has compared the protests to the Situationists and the Protests of 1968 movements, although this time "the stakes are much higher".

Nov.4, 2011 - Back to work after the Halloween Holidays. Today the blog is on Mental Health, and Capital Punishment.

Mental Health: The other day at the San Ysidro (Tijuana West) border crossing, a man who was complaining about the 4-hour wait got arrested under 5150, the California law which prosecutes people as "Mentally Ill". Abusive, the law is used to suppress political beliefs, and many arrested are given brain-death treatment where the authorities cause the death of the higher-order (human) brain cells, allowing the animal cells of the brain to live. The person becomes a vegetable, permanently.

Been tried on me 3 times, but I have the advantage of being able to clinically diagnose psychiatric conditions, and make perfect sense when doing so. Many years of study at the University of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee. My crowning glory is when a judge ordered me in for psychiatric evaluation, and the lead physician from the team that examined me took the witness stand with their findings. He told the court, "Mr. Kitchin is well-educated, very intelligent, and makes perfect logical sense in all respects. If you ordered him in for mental tests, then it is you, and not him, that needs psychiatric evaluation, because he is a lot saner than you are, Your Honor." The courtroom broke out in laughter.

The best thing I ever did was to specialize in Applied Psychology. This is the study of psychology as it applies to law, medicine, media, society, and other professions. The worst thing I ever did was to go to Roman Catholic Grade School. I never recovered from that mistake which my parents made.

One-third of those executed are later found to beinnocent. At least two-thirds of those in our prisons never committed the crime they were sentenced for, and DNA evidence is beginning to reveal that fact. Most committed the crime of looking a lot like somebody else. You see, society needs a scapegoat, for victims to blame, because not knowing who did it is even worse than the crime itself. So, we find victims to become scapegoats, and load our prisons with them. If you do not believe this, you are either extremely stupid, or a dangerous lunatic. Or, maybe you believe all the bullshit you read in the media. Well, that is what is meant by "extremely stupid". Having written some of that bull, well, I know how the game works.

I have been one of the scapegoats of the system, and want to propose that society compensate those unjustly imprisoned with a settlement of $25 million for each year of unjust incarceration. No, on second thought, that is not enough money.

Oct. 31, 2011 - Halloween is the high Pagan holiday, similar to Christmas or Passover. Roman Pagans spent the day in the cemetery, with a picnic lunch, remembering dead relatives. Day Off.

Oct. 30, 2011 - Cigarette ad comedy, video comedy page, NZ9F.com/tvComedy. Two editorials, one on Media Page (see below) and the other on Internet Page, NZ9F.com/i. This concerns the sale of Yahoo! Two more Todays Thoughts on Home Page. Still a huge backlog to be typed in, and not enough money to buy web time. I am angry, and will both come up with sarcastic humor and write blogs and editorials as a result. I warned the Occupy San Diego people that they really do not need those tents, so keeping them is not worth a conflict with police. When did the right to peacefully assemble in protest get limited to certain hours and days? Are tents a terrorist threat? San Diego remembers the Hoover Depression of the 1930s, where there were half a million tents here. Tents have been prohibited ever since. Today, Editorial on Media Page, NZ9F.com/M, and a look at all this from space, below. I do not care if you have been taught that those of us who interact with other cultures are lunatics. You either know or you do not know.

If you are following what the other cultures have to say (space), it goes like this:

1. Earth has failed to reduce its population via birth control, as promised. Now, it will be more difficult, as lives already in progress must be sacrificed.
2. Population reduction of 90% shall occur within two years or be forced.
3. Governments may have sufficient people that they can provide free housing, food, medical care, and entertainment for all citizens, and may have no more people than that.
4. Extreme lies such as religious beliefs, belief in paranormal beings, and similar, shall be entirely prohibited.
5. These things are required if humans are to be accorded the benefit of being considered an Intelligent Life Form, above other mere animals.

Oct. 26, 2011 - Second blog today, the first is below. Unable to cross the border due to a 5-hour wait each of the 6 times I tried, separated hours apart. Also, my Linea Sentri border crossing permit was denied. I need food badly. I dunno about Father Joe, as I am still reeling from all the blood in his food yesterday. This evening I make some comments on OCCUPY SAN DIEGO.

Occupy San Diego: When I mentioned that one of the homeless was running for CCAC, nobody cared, so they do not care to get the poor and homeless into positions of power. Two leaders said they have no time for other causes, such as homeless politics in San Diego. It is divisions like this that cause us to fail. I supported rights for women, gays, and many other groups, yet I am not any of those. If we do not support each other, we fail. Hitler knew that, and so only picked on one group at a time.

Worse, their upheaval at City Hall kept me from speaking to the City Council. They are biting off their own foot. Plenty of lunatic Lenin worshippers, Bolshevics, and Communists, able to infiltrate due to a policy of everyone being heard. Everyone being heard is also the policy of the San Diego City Council, except that Occupy San Diego kept me from being heard! Ironic?

Why not join thier group and deliver the Message of Jesus for 800 hours straight? After all, the Christian fanatics are just as big a bunch of enthusiastic lunatics as the Communists, and the Communists get heard. So do the dope pushers. Anybody with a loudspeaker want to deliver the message of the bible to these Communists? How about the Gospel According to Standard and Poors?

Maybe we can get Suze Orman to speak about how she lost everything and now lives on the sidewalk. Her new book, "Suze Knows Investing", gives tips on how to keep that from happening to you.

Maybe I am expecting too much from a Consensus group. After all, they never do anything except continually refuse to take action because of never arriving at any consensus. Spin, baby, spin. A perfectly useless group, spinning around in circles, forever passing the microphone to another who will waste more time speaking on and on forever, in accomplishment of nothing at all.

Oct 26, 2011, Early Blog of Two today. My regular blog today, about my starving to death literally right now, will have to wait until tonite. More important: I was able to analyze the entire wants and needs of the Occupy Movement, and can now present it. It is exactly the same as President Roosevelt wanted after the Great Depression of the 1930s. Scroll up to the long URL address, above, on Header Page, and click on it. The Roosevelt info is at the tail end, under "Second Bill of Rights". If you still do not understand, then read all of Page 288. If that does not help, enroll in a Grade School class, and start learning all over again, or get help for those who are Mentally Retarded.

This group by design allows anyone to say anything, which is, after all, Freedom of Speech, but that, of course, allows some lunatic to spend 30 hours ranting about how the Radical Zombies From Outer Space are attacking. This makes it difficult to understand their movement, because they have so much patience. The lunatics weeded out, this group has specific requests, and a short-cut is here, in the writings of President F.D. Roosevelt:

The Second Bill of Rights

The "Second" (Economic) Bill of Rights was proposed by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) after the First Depression (Hoover, 1930s) was mostly over. During his State of the Union Address on January 11, 1944, Roosevelt suggested that the nation should now implement a Second Bill of Rights, with economic rights instead of political ones.

The Great Depression made such a law obviously needed, and these rights would also guarantee that another Great Depression could never happen. Social Security is one of these rights which was adopted by Congress at that time, along with Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Without these, the current Second Depression (Bush) would be worse in impact than the first.

In addition to Social Security and SSI, the Second Bill of Rights guaranteed everyone a job at a reasonable wage, freedom from unfair competition and monopolies, housing, medical care, and education. Some of these things were passed at that time, such as a Minimum Wage, Medicare, guaranteed schooling thru high school, and securities trading laws.

The FDR speech went like this: "It is our duty now to begin...the establishment of an American standard of living higher than ever before known. We cannot be content...if some fraction of our people, whether it be one-third or one-fifth or one-tenth is ill.fed, ill-clothed, ill-housed, and insecure.

This Republic had its beginning, and grew to its present strength, under the protection of certain inalienable political rights...our rights to life and liberty. As our nation has grown...these political rights proved inadequate...in the persuit of happiness.

...freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence. People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made. These economic truths have become...self-evident. We have accepted...a Second Bill of Rights under which...security and prosperity can be established for all--" President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 1944.

Wrote more on Occupy Wall St. for Page 288, and enjoyed the company of a High Priestess that got sent to me. Had her in my bed overnight, to become stronger, but I don't think I could ever have sex with her without same killing me. Much censored out, as it talks too much about blood and semen, but the food at Father Joe's had way too much blood in it today, resulting in a nasty joke about a school for young boys on Home Page (Today's Thought.) Mean concept, but when I get irritated, I joke about things.

A friend is running for the Center CityAdvisory Commission, election today, and I attended the City Council meeting to speak, but Occupy San Diego got too boistrous, and the meeting was suspended. I write about that for AP on Media Page, NZ9F.com/M.

Like Hitler and the Nazis, today's Jewish Nazis and Mormon Nazis are afraid that the truth might come out. Hitler burned books, but would have hacked the web if it were available.

Witnesses claim the Boston Globe is lying about a "human chain" being formed before people were pepper-sprayed in San Diego. I will write an AP story about same if warranted. Two people were pepper-sprayed, but they were curious bystanders, and not even part of the Occupy group, say the witnesses. Several other local and national links to the conventional news media exist below,including KPBS, the San Diego affiliate of PBS. How interesting that Boston is the only place so far in the US where violence occurred, and here we have a story by the Boston Globe justifying police violence in San Diego. One of my most important functions as an Underground News Editor is checks and balances on the media. Protesters would like a full police Internal Affairs investigation, but it is unlikely that the police can objectively investigate themselves.

Other political jobs, supporting freedom and fairness, can be had with one of the nation's most important philanthropists and leaders, George Soros, at GeorgeSoros.com. George Soros was born under Communist rule and escaped, eventually becoming wealthy due to his own mastery of Capitalism. A victim earlier in life of the Communist system, he saw some fairness and corruption problems with Capitalism, too. He now supports causes which enpower people, save the planet, and oppose both the slavery of Communism and the slavery of Capitalism. He supports Socialism, the opposite of Communism. Capitalism is in the middle of the two.

The Socialist nations are Sweden, Norway, Holland, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and to some degree France, Australia, and Canada. Socialism means only that the system guarantees that all people get housing and medical care, plus a job. Intelligent children also go to college, via scholarships. To pay for all this, the extremely wealthy pay higher taxes. Canada is the nearest example of Socialism.

Mexico recently arrested leaders of the Knights Templar, calling the Masons a terrorist organization engaging in extortion and organized crime. (True story) Public Service Ads currently being featured on Mexican radio stations.

There are now 3 Occupy Wall Street San Diego groups, in Downtown San Diego, North County, and Rancho Santa Fe, with a group planned for East County in El Cajon. Oct. 18, 2011 - Late update to Page M, 212 protesters at city hall, plus 8 police and 25 other people, total 245. Military were present at Occupy San Diego, unmarked in brown t-shirts, and asked where I was from, due to my Hawaiian shirt. I told them that outside military bases, shirts like mine were very common. They claimed not to be able to understand what the protest was all about, which scares me that our military is so stupid.

I addressed the Homeless Advocacy Team, giving the Third Avenue Charitable Organization a plaque that I earned on its behalf by registering voters. Their weekly meeting at 3 PM Mondays, First Lutheran Church, 3rd and Ash, San Diego, provides a place for those who are poor to complain and sometimes get help. They also train intern social workers with San Diego State University. I keep my distance from interns, remembering what happened to President Clinton.

Tonite I visit a recruiter, looking for political workers. I want to know how any political cause can pay anyone enough money to live on in San Diego. I am listening.

Oct. 17, 2011 - Two new Todays Thoughts on Home Page, Occupy East County, Suggested Law Limiting Government Funds for Nonprofits, Evaluation of me.

Occupy East County is being talked about, now that there is an Occupy North County. What is next, Occupy South Bay? East County is special to me, because my home in El Cajon was stolen from me 4 years ago. East County has been some of the most ruthless to the poor and homeless, who sometimes gather at the library, across the park from City Hall on Main St. It is my home territory, since my home was Bush-whacked.

Help is nice, but a lot of help is for certain people only. Many people do not qualify for help from any specific group, and I am one of those people. Veterans Village or Rachel's will help you, but only if you are in their specific target group. Other groups will help anyone. I prefer the groups who do not require you to be retired, or Catholic, or a Veteran, or female, or a drug abuser, or an ex-offender, because all of those people qualify at a center that helps everyone.

I want to see a law that if you accept government money, you must help everyone, not just any one specific group. No program specialization allowed, so Rachel's must also rehabilitate men who harm women, and Veterans Village must also serve non-veterans. If a family cannot get help from a family org, then it can get help from a general help org, currently, but not vice versa. We should stop trying to only take care of those people who are the most like ourselves!

Evaluating me. I got to give a few lectures to college professors, and got compliments on my intelligence and ability to see thru the red herrings. I get negative comments from some of the poorly-educated people, and used to think that the crazies saw me as crazy and the stupid people saw me as stupid. Turns out not to be true. Those thinking me intelligent are themselves intelligent, those thinking me stupid are extremely mentally ill, and those thinking me mentally ill are stupid. Not the way I thought it worked, but now I finally know how the psychology works on that.

My ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder is less a disease and more an aberration of social class, as same is in the biological and medical domain of "spiritual" (NOT the religious term), and thus comes under an ancient agreement that neither medicine nor religion will treat it nor even admit it exists. The problem is when the person has a background in medicine, religion, or clinical psychology, such as myself. Then, we actually treat ourselves, with oversight from other people in medicine, religion, and psychology. I design my own treatment, but must argue same before professionals. I do volunteer work in both psychology and psychiatry.

One unusual thing about me is that most people will not tackle a project that has no chance of success. I will, and will see how far I get before it fails. In the meantime, it does a lot of good. No one gave the Tijuana Rescue Mission any chance of success, including me, but I started it anyway and ran it two years. It is kamikaze, in a way, to start things that you know will fail. Trying to make the rich people pay taxes is something people say will never happen, but that is a great goal. My greatest success is the San Diego Homeless News, and this website is somewhat successful, too. For every one person critical, I get between 50 and 100 compliments. None of this is about ME. It is about learning the truth, doing something, and improving your life.

Oct. 16, 2011 - Second Posting, same day (as below). My suggestions for Occupy America are that they scrap Consensus, which was an FBI plot in the 1960s to make sure no group ever accomplished anything except talk on and on forever, and they should weed out the dope addicts and the Communists. Then, they become palatable enough to be considered "political" as opposed to "completely lunatic". Most of what they have to say, such as better treatment for animals, better recycling, healing the planet, and much more, is perfectly valid. It is just a few elements that are off in Outer Space.

We judge groups by the farthest from our thinking they go, not the closest. Same as we judge people. I get criticized for telling the truth about space aliens and DNA added to food. As far as replacing Consensus, I propose Action Consensus. This is where I must ask the group to take an action, very specifically, and then propose how to do that. I cannot ask for an action like "World Peace", because I have not been specific. I could also not say, "More news media coverage", because I have not given a specific person to contact at a specific media outlet. You get to talk to propose that 12 specific members of the group go visit TV-99 News at 4 PM. Members of the group agree, disagree, change what should be done or how to do it, etc., with a Majority Vote.

There is a time limit until that vote must be held. Depending upon the number of speakers, the time of each person is limited. The most important vote is a vote on what topics will be discussed, and in what order. This insures not bothering anybody with drivel that they care less about.

Socialism is the future of the whole world, and Communism and Capitalism will eventually fall completely to the likes of North European Socialist Democracy. Selling Trotsky, Lenin, and even the re-written false works of Karl Marx, which he did not write, is Communism and leads only to a worse government than we have now. Unfortunately, Communists act a lot like Jesus Freeks, in that they loudly demand that you join them or be considered worthless. And, their false message is as false as all that bullshit in the bible, which is mixed in with good words and stuff. Jesus people, and Communists, both seek to control everyone even more than greedy Capitalists do!

Some countries that have reasonable political systems include Holland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and to some extent Canada, Australia, and France. They are Capitalist, but not assholes fucking over innocent ordinary people. Their leaders try for public benefit, not fatter wallets. I should move there? I may have to, the way things are going, as the US continues to collapse. I am trying to save my nation from destruction. Are you?

As for Karl Marx, when he died, the Ruling Capitalists re-wrote everything he ever published, making it complete crap which leads to Bolshevism, Communism, and worse. What Marx stood for, but not the bullshit in books, no problem.

I am not currently being taken very seriously, but not a problem, and always an advantage to be underestimated. The college professors call me one of them, which is correct. The best idea I ever had, in terms of results, was the San Diego Homeless News, NZ9F.com/SDHN. This website was also a good one. I tried to join non-profits or government groups, but the one most appropriate may be FEMA-EFSP, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Food and Shelter Program. As a lifelong Red Cross Emergency Coordinator (EC), that would be where I belong.

If I instead helped Occupy Wall St. get organized, I could lessen a lot of suffering for a lot of people undergoing the death of Capitalism in the United States. Occupy America means that there may be hope for everyone, and a non-violent change for the better.

The Girls Think Tank picnic was a financial success, but taught me things I did not want to know. One new voter was registered, a rich Republican who came there to donate money. The Homeless apparently miss my point about voter registration. Marti Emerald, of the San Diego City Council gave a speech asking that people register and vote. United States Congressman Bob Filner, running for Mayor of San Diego, spoke, touting his new bill that would house homeless veterans. What scares me is that he said it would "reduce the number of homeless in San Diego, to half of the present number, perhaps 2,000 or so."

He is even more out-of-touch with reality than the Regional Task Force on the Homeless, a government-owned ("fake nonprofit") organization owned by San Diego County to spread propaganda. They had a large presence at the party. Occupy San Diego had a competing event in a different corner of Balboa Park, where they announced a new, different group recently formed, Occupy North County San Diego, not affiliated but of the same cause.

I sacrificed way too much time and money to be part of this event, so I see why so few homeless get involved. It will take 2 months for me to recover financially. I had to use taxi services in Mexico and pay my own lunches for most planning. Although I nearly starved, and had to leave the party due to low blood sugar from my diabetes, I was able to meet some nice people, network, and be heard. It is obvious, however, that the presence of homeless ourselves at the meetings of the Girls Think Tank has taught them absolutely nothing. They still accept the government propaganda of the government-owned "nonprofits", and the "Us versus Them" philosophy abounds.

Us versus Them says that you are either one of us nice helpful people, or you are one of those poor unfortunate wretches. It does not admit that we are the same. If the Rich Meet Poor meetings of GTT have not dampened that mind-set, then what value does that org have? I see good intentions, plus selfishness, which means that the good intentions are ego-based, selfishly, to feel good about one's self and less guilty. Even some of the best meal programs turn out to be religious volunteers wanting to get High on Jesus, serving their blood and semen in the food. News: Told to leave, I am surprised to see so much compliance in the group. The idea nowadays is to be very nice and peaceful, allow the police to beat you bloody, and show that on TV. I prefer to give tapes like that to Police Internal Affairs, first. Responsible journalism, even if I am in the Underground Press.

A criticism of the Occupy San Diego movement, with suggestions for improvement, will be presented as soon as I have time to do that. I am very busy right now.

Israeli Involvement in September 11 is a topic of one or two protesters at Occupy San Diego. There are also counter-protesters who say it is lunatic stupidity. Well, it is entirely obvious that Israeli Intelligence knew all about it, and the protesters will give you that proof, so did Israel tell the US about Sept. 11 in advance, or not? Either scenario looks bad. Either Israel is a co-conspirator, or US Intelligence was involved in intentionally sacrificing those people in order to interest Americans in the George W. Bush War on Terror, the war that erased all of our internet and telephone (and banking) communications freedoms.

Pearl Harbor was known about in advance, since we had cracked the Japanese radio codes. It was used as a sacrifice to get our people interested in fighting World War Two. We Americans do not wish to fight a war unless attacked, unprovoked. Was Sept. 11 the same thing? The reason certain people involved are held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, is to prevent them from talking to the Underground Press about Kismet (Israeli Intelligence) agents involved in Sept. 11.

I cannot say for sure if Israel had Arabic double-agents, secretly working for Israel, planning and executing Sept. 11. I can say, however, having gone to a Jewish university, that I did know of many cases where synagogues hired people to deface or burn their own temples, in order to then blame the Nazis in the news media. I also knew several paid killers who worked for temples.

Oct. 13, 2011 - Evening Update on Occupy Wall St. - San Diego. Government and Media. Group visited briefly by Tony Young, Chairman of the City Council, and I tried to explain my view of what they stand for. The group never heard of me, because I go back so far that I preached some of their philosophy to their grandparents. San Diego City Beat, the alternative weekly newspaper had a marvelous front-page picture and article out today, written by Peter Holslin, who spent a weekend with the group.Read it at http://www.sdcitybeat.com/sandiego/article-9635-a-weekend-with-occupy-san-diego.html. Kudos to editor David Rolland, one of the most truthful of those, locally. News Ten San Diego, often criticized by myself as being Mormon Only News, showed me to be mistaken this time, and was the only television station seen at the event today. Large Police Presence, and just as I was starting to object to same, got told it was to protect the demonstrators, and even pundits like me. As I began to chuckle, I made my way out to the Trolley stop in front of City Hall, and a man who had tried to attack me on the Trolley said, "How come you aren't dead yet, commie?" There was a huge presence of trolley police, and all of a sudden I realized that the cops needed to be there. After all, the new meaning of "Freedom of Speech" under George W. Bush came to be that if you don't like somebody's speech, you have the freedom to break his arm. San Diego Reader still largely ignoring the event, although there was a small article, plus their deadline is a day earlier than the City Beat. The San Diego Union-Tribune ignored the event and its importance, largely, so I wonder if they would even have covered it at all, had there not been a death there. London demonstrators had to start their city on fire, just to be heard at all, as the BBC newspapers and broadcasters kept their movement a secret. Not in America.

Bogus Websites have popped up, giving "their demands" and other crap, so there is a huge amount of wrong information on the web right now. They have no demands. They want to talk. I will write my take, the take of only one person, on what they stand for, plus an evaluation. This will be on Media Page, NZ9F.com/M, when completed.

My suggestion for them was some comedy, to defuse tension, and I steered them to my comedy pages, plus told them 4 new jokes written about and for themselves. (Icon is link to my comedy section.)

Morning Update on Occupy Wall Street - San Diego, Kyle Pearson is the man killed falling from a building at the Occupy San Diego event, city hall. He was charged with the hit-and-run death of a CalTrans worker in June. It is unclear whether or not he committed suicide. The Medical Examiner has certified that his wounds are not consistent with having jumped, but rather fallen.

Mayor Sanders complained on TV that the occupiers of City Hall are interfering with access, and taking up a lot of police time. Spoken like a true Gestapo. I guess we fought wars so that we would no longer have freedoms like speaking out, right? Well, do you need to have half a dozen police there, or more? There has been nothing un-peaceful about these occupiers at all. And, the old police tactics of sending in an actor to cause fights and riots just does not work anymore, since we have taken to videotaping all of these incidents. Many of the guys sent in to make trouble turned out to be undercover police officers.

Historical note that the predecessor to current lame-duck Mayor (and former Police Chief) Jerry Sanders was Susan Golding, and her City Hall Concourse was occupied by the homeless for four or five years straight.

Nazi repression in Boston: Snow? What's that? I had to shovel two inches of sunshine off my sidewalk today in San Diego. Beach weather. One major city (I think it was Phila., no maybe Boston) had its police beat up and arrest the peaceful Occupy Wall St. demonstrators. Sounds a lot like what happened in London. Use of other tactics is a local call, and I hope they don't burn Boston. What happened to Liberty, City of Freedom, and Brotherly Love? When was that replaced by goose-stepping Nazis running the Police Third Reich? I have been telling tourists visiting City Hall in San Diego that due to budget cuts, the government has moved to tents outside, and that the Mayor is in the second tent on the left. Oct. 11, 2011 - Statement on the Homeless and Occupy Wall St.: It is obvious that the homeless must join the occupiers, because to be homeless is to be a victim of the rich, causing one to have no place to legally occupy themselves. Homeless are harassed everywhere. Only in the United States, and not even in Haiti, are the poor criminalized for failure to be able to pay rent. News: Death of volunteer ruled an accident. The Medical Examiner looked at wounds and said they were not consistent with suicide. The man who died at the Occupy event was hanging flyers from a tall building, slipped, and fell to his death. Diabetes suspected.

Oct. 10, 2011 - Got attacked on the Trolley today by a right-wing lunatic, but was not injured. Story below. In other news, KOGO Radio Chip Franklin, long a pundit of the "Become Stupid" movement, said he went downtown to counter-protest and "occupy the occupiers". He got on television, XETV-Channel 6 News, saying that "nobody could explain to him what it was about". Well, Chip, go back to Second Grade and pay attention this time! I offered to appear on his show, and explain my NEW TAX PLAN, blog below on Oct. 8. I go back as one of the original hippies protesting a lot of corrupt politics back then. I was known as John Schlitz of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My real name is John Kitchin.

I was editor of Street Sheet newspaper at one point, published by the Youth International Party, the YIPpies, and went on to publish the Milwaukee Homeless News. I dated Janis Joplin, and all that is bio data (see icon). Chip, you wanna know what this is about?

Trolley attack was because I invited people to visit the Occupation of City Hall, and the perpetrator did not know what they stand for. As I see it, they stand for a fair Minimum Wage, and that the wealthy should pay at least some taxes. That is all. Currently the Minimum Wage in San Diego is $8 an hour, and should be $15 or $20 an hour. And, the wealthiest of all citizens pay little or no tax money, having lots of income tax deductions.

The occupiers are friendly, intelligent, educated, college-types, organized and a bit avante-garde. Exactly me, 40 years ago. As far as the attack, I was pushed, threatened, pummeled with the man's chest to my head, and he held me in a headlock. I did not fight back, but called 911 and had him answer to an unsympathic trolley cop. One that had told me to stop spreading propaganda an hour earlier. The perpetrator is on camera at Fifth Ave., and if I were irritated enough, I would post his picture here, which I have. As for the word "propaganda", that word means "Lies told by a government." I am not a government, plus no lies involved. No political rhetoric, either. Just an invitation to hear what the Occupiers have to say, as opposed to letting rich people who own broadcasting companies tell you lies about it.

Oct. 9, 2011 - Blog yesterday has a plan to implement fairness on Wall Street, and a plan to end homelessness, below. Occupy America is in town, great bunch of people. Some wanted to get on the web at a city library yesterday, but the libraries are closed on Saturday for Jewish Sabbath. The city libraries are open on Sundays. Shalom. The local occupation group is camped outside City Hall (Civic Center Trolley Stop) in the City Hall Concourse, 3rd and B. Their website of the San Diego sub-group is www.OccupySanDiego.Org.

Great fun for me, reminded me of my activism 40 years ago. I even got "hit on" (sexually propositioned) by a 20-year-old, first time in 25 years. She probably knew that I am John Schlitz. Let us support them by joining them in occupation of City Hall. Civic Center Trolley Stop, 3rd and C, behind the building. Do not camp on the sidewalk next to the trolley tracks.

Oct. 8, 2011 - REVISED TWICE. Blog today is on the Plan to End Homelessness in San Diego, and New Tax Codes for the Occupy America (and Wall St.) movement. I did not organize them, do not control them, but did write some of their philosophy.

Proposed New Tax Codes are as follows: San Diego voters rejected a sales tax hike, and the media propagandists of the rich said that was because they do not want new taxes. Wrong. They do not want taxes on poor people, such as sales taxes. Income taxes are fine, but the wealthy do not need any income at all to spend millions on whatever they want. A NET WORTH TAX makes more sense. Every year, add up everything you have, and submit 0.01% to the government. Very simple. The reality, however, is that the rich need to pay almost all of the taxes, the poor paying none. That would solve a lot of problems.

I also propose that governments be prohibited from collecting any money at all, unless it falls under certain guidelines, and that all other money received by a unit of government be considered a major felony, with the government officials all subjected to prison time. Taxes permitted would be these alone:

Inheritance Taxes provide that anyone may give away $5 million when they die, tax-free, plus may give away $50 million to any nonprofit organization that receives no government money. This is to prevent money from flowing to "fake" nonprofits that are shams for government propaganda.

Import Taxes give US workers an edge, a minimum of 1%, maximum 10% on everything.

Real Estate Taxes on all real estate, exempting $200,000 per person, which is $400,000 per couple, for their primary residence (home), tax-free. Same-sex couples, okay too.

Income Taxes on any income over $200,000 per year. No tax on less than that.

Sin Taxes on alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, whatever society deems that may cause harm to users that costs society. This includes energy drinks, caffeinated soft drinks, salty or sweet snacks, and certain over-the-counter drugs such as ephedrine.

Foreign Cash Withdrawls taxed at 10% for all cash money which leaves the US. Some foreign corporations do not pay any taxes, and could still avoid same, but would have to keep their money in US banks, or use it to buy US goods or services, or pay US workers. Goods purchased are tax-exempt, so they could purchase gold to avoid the tax.

Conservation Taxes on things like gasoline and water, to avoid wasting resources.

Wealth Taxes on yachts, boat moorings, private aircraft and airports, golf courses, scuba gear, expensive cars and trucks (but not ordinary ones), expensive homes, fine art and sculpture, theatre and opera tickets, domestic servants, limousines, interior decorators, horse breeders, private swimming pools, racetracks, and all items purchased in a shopping mall.

Prohibited from being taxed are as follows: All sales taxes, except as stated above for wealth tax, energy tax, etc. All fees paid to government for any purpose, such as use of a park, camping fee, admission fee, permits, etc. Fees paid to any nonprofit org that receives any government money are also prohibited ("fake nonprofits"). All payroll deductions are prohibited except income tax on large incomes. No fine money for violating a law goes to government, either, but rather to a nonprofit org that helps rehabilitate offenders. Note that no unit of government may sell or rent any item or property, as that would not be listed in the permitted tax list. Property can be given away but the nonprofit receiving it becomes inelegible for either fine money or inheritance money.

To replace welfare, unemployment, disability income, and social security, each person gets $300 per week for being a citizen, $600 a week if they work full-time. That makes Minimum Wage $15 per hour x 40 hours equals $600. In sum total, each person working would get their $300 citizen income plus $300 minimum wage ($7.50 per hour times 40 hours) to equal $600 if working.

COLA Cost of Living Adjustments monthly, and fair ones, non-government board. If you commit a crime, you lose some or all of your citizen money.

Ending homelessness in San Diego: The Thirty Dollar Clinic, and Plan B.

Thirty dollar clinic helps people find jobs that pay thirty dollars an hour or more, so that they are no longer homeless. No homeless help group has ever made even one person no longer homeless. This plan does that, for the first time ever. Many have gotten HOUSE-less people off the street, providing motels, shelters, "affordable" and subsidized housing, but that is not a HOME. Your furniture and book manuscripts are still in storage somewhere.

Most help groups provide food, medical care, shelters, even massage or entertainment, which makes people feel better about their being homeless, but does not end their homelessness! The only thing that ends homelessness is economic stability. Our important posessions and furniture remain in storage until we have not just a house, but a home.

We shall waste no time, money, nor energy except upon real issues that really end homelessness. How would you like to be the ONLY nonprofit, EVER, to reduce the number of homeless?

Details: Five areas of concern in the Thirty Dollar Clinic are these: Self-employment, moves to the Controlling Class, Corporate Sponsorship, Government Jobs, and Small Business Management.

Self-employment in construction contracting, other contracting, nonprofit management, hi-tech, computer or cell phone repair, or personal services such as maid, butler, chef, or photographer pay enough money. Moves to the Controlling Class include jobs as a minister, parole officer, editor, or reporter. Corporate Sponsorship includes becoming an executive trainee intern. Government jobs are a possibility. Small businesses routinely need executives to help. If the job offered does not pay at least thirty dollars an hour to start, GO FUCK YOURSELF.

Plan B for those who do not qualify: House sitting, which allows you to become no longer HOUSE-less while still being homeless, the Tijuana Bureau which helps you rent a nice apartment for under $75 a month (regular price, except for suckers), and the Downtown San Diego Tent City, a canopy over a city owned lot, the canopy keeping out rain, sun, and the view of it all from the high-rises.

Upcoming - New clinic for ending homelessness.

E-meeting at www.NZ9F.com/Meet did not produce much new input, but it is new.

Girls Think Tank meeting discussed the backpack giveaway, for early January. 9 homeless attended, including 4 intellectuals, plus 6 other people that included 2 lawyers and a judge. We learned that the Water Man David Ross is having terrible headaches due to previous attacks, and has been nominated as one of the CNN Community Heroes. Also, Ideal Toilet is donating the new toilets, as a charitable contribution. So,When your group needs portable toilets, insist on Ideal Toilet for your needs. Donors to the City of San Diego and its homeless, to keep our sidewalks cleaner.

What we are all doing right is that Alpha Project (Bob McElroy, the Winter Shelter and Neil Good Center) has been able to accept government money without becoming a complete slave to being told what to do and how to do it. Most orgs need to begin spouting the government propaganda and join the corruption, or have their government money cut off.

Isaiah Project (Water Man David Ross, his partner Gerry Limpic, and the Ninth Avenue Water Man Check-In Center for property storage of the poor) has an even better idea. He SUED for government money.

Father Joe can stay independent by raising his own money via an auto auction. He is unfortunately getting competition from the Rick Roberts Wounded Warrior Foundation, which only helps homeless who are military veterans. I am not too keen on getting too specialized on who we help. If your organization only helps Catholics, or Jews, or families, it has less benefit to society as a whole. So Neil Good is more helpful than Casa Maria, because they turn away no one, including those who could not get into Casa Maria. On the other hand, Casa Maria does not help those who could not be helped by Neil Good. Strictly families.

San Diego County and its propaganda nonprofits such as UP2us and other fake orgs has become somewhat more accurate. And, its medical poverty program, CMS, is way better than ten years ago, largely due to lawsuits. The free meals are stable and dependable, too. Even the news media are reluctantly beginning to cooperate. We even won the right in court to have our shopping carts on buses and trolleys. Lastly, we have more storage spaces than ever before, a benefit to both those needing storage and to the people of downtown.

San Diego Homeless News is being revised to include news not available at time of publication last Friday, and the paper edition will be out within a few days.

The Girls Think Tank, which is a group of lawyers operating a non-profit that helps the poor and homeless, will be getting involved in the police harassment issue. It is apparently not legal for us to be forced to move all over the place. If the police have moved you, get in touch with our lawyers at info@girlsthinktank.org. Try to remember the name or badge number of the officers involved.

Picnic lunch on Oct. 15 will only be served from Noon to 1:30 PM, with entertainment continuing until 4 PM, Balboa Park near the lawn of the space museum area.

Girls Think Tank gets its evaluation from us, the Homeless Intellectuals, every October, and it is certainly doing a lot right. Its primary contribution is a monthly meeting on the first Thursday which allows the rich and the poor at the same table for an hour or two. No other organization does that. In addition, its legal clinics have been very helpful. And, several important people have meaningful employment.

Its backpack giveaways and picnics have not been a lot of help, really, relative to their cost in time and money, but are necessary as a public relations and publicity stunt. Operating a nonprofit is very expensive, which is why this website is not one. My criticisms are that they still emphasize "feeling good" over "substantive issues", and still seem to have an "us or them" mentality. I am inside the group and working on those two things.

Clinic to end homelessness (!) proposed: Arising out of the "us versus them" frustrating mentality, (typical upper middle class view) here is the question I ask all of you: Besides housing, what is the difference between you and a homeless person? If you answered "nothing", you are playing with a full deck as opposed to listening to government propaganda on TV. My second question for all of you is this: Does my being homeless mean that I have a better command of what that consists of than you do? TO BE CONTINUED.

Oct. 6, 2011 - The Girls Think Tank, a collection of men and women who sit down with both homeless and judges at the same table, meets tonight, 6 PM, 655 West Broadway, Room 1900. America Plaza Trolley terminal, cross Broadway, same building as the big red bank sign, on the corner. Ask for the 19th floor elevator to be unlocked.

Reward and Punishment. Crossing the border yesterday took ten minutes. As it usually takes much longer, and can be as long as 5 hours, I complimented the team there that they were very well-organized. Those of us who complain a lot, like me, also need to compliment things that work out well. Rewards work, but punishments do not, which is the basic problem with our Criminal Justice System. Could I re-design it to work? Yes, but only if paid well to do so.

This portion of blog was HACKED OUT. The Official Federal Poverty Guidelines for San Diego are out, and they agree with me that to live in San Diego, you must earn $30 an hour, single or family, (which is $60,000 per year or $5,000 per month) or half of that, $15 an hour ($30,000 per year, which is $2,500 per month) with a roommate, or spouse working full-time. That means we have over a million people living in official poverty, about one-third of all San Diegans.

So, we have one million ALMOST homeless, who would be so if they missed a paycheck, plus 200,000 homeless, plus best guess 24,000 HOUSELESS (living outdoors). 8,000 urban, 8,000 rural, and 8,000 well-hidden and undiscovered.

Proposed Internet Rule. To make it harder for government agencies to HIDE as fake nonprofit organizations, I propose the following WEB RULE: "No use of the suffix .ORG is permitted any organization which receives government funding. They must use .GOV instead, to avoid their being confused with real and true nonprofit organizations. Current groups will have their web addresses changed, free of charge, with three years of forwarding permitted." This will help identify the propaganda machine which poses as FAKE nonprofits.

The San Diego poor have many free sources of food, medicine, and other help. You can be arrested for giving them money, which is usually used for a gambling habit or to buy DOPE. Do not contribute to our illegal drug problem. Thank you. Panhandlers asking for money: Dial "211", free, from any telephone for free food, housing, medical care, etc., and you can even get help with your gambling or drug addiction problem, FREE.

Oct. 5, 2011 - The price of potatoes has long been one dollar for a ten-pound (almost 5 kilo) bag, one of the staples of the poor. Recently trying to buy a bag in Tijuana, they told me the new price is in KILOS not BAGS. So, the one-dollar price was per kilo, or five bucks for the dollar bag. The inflation rate among the poor commodities and needsis five times higher than the inflation rate for ordinary goods and services! 42% APR. That compares with only 9% or 10% regular inflation, for rich people.

Source for most of my "REAL" inflation data is as always, the archives of newspapers. Many ads list prices, so in 1960 you could get a brand-new Chevrolet for $600, complete! And, the jobs offered gave you about a dollar an hour, minimum wage, or $3 in a factory. The stock market has gone steadily down since then, if you are using real data, and not the official government propaganda data. 2,000% inflation, minimum. This is not rocket science, do the investigation yourself. You are not useless and stupid!

Mexico City to adopt Pagan Marriage Rules! A pre-nuptial agreement required to marry, which tells who gets whatever children and property, making divorce less messy, plus you can marry for terms as short at two years. At the end of two years, there is no need for a divorce, because the marriage is over unless the contract is renewed. Well, it took 6,000 years, but you Christians are finally getting the idea! Those of you not as old as me may not remember the old divorce laws in the US, which took many years and required proof of infidelity or cruelty. Those were all replaced with the law today, Pagan law for thousands of years, that if either partner wants a divorce, then the marriage is over.

The best marriage plan was Hawaii. Tribal law required that you give sex to any opposite-sex person requesting it, or be thrown into the volcano to die. Any children born have a known mother, plus the father could be any member of the tribe, due to "free love". This time of year my mental stability usually gets challenged, but that always turns out to be only that I am very intelligent, and use a greater base of information to come to my conclusions than most people use. Last year an overzealous police officer had me locked up for a mental evaluation, where a quack psychiatrist, more preoccuped with a phone call from his wife (not being able to start her car) than with my case, described several problems that he diagnosed.

I explained to him why he was wrong, in completely accurate medical terminology, and he then asked me for my diagnosis. The only thing I suffer from is Attention Deficit Disorder. He insisted that there is no such disease. So I gave him the other diagnosis, which is autism. He could not say that autism does not exist as a disease. Autism is a symptom, however, not a disease, as I have previously written. The thing that causes my autism is ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder. And what causes the ADD is the consumption of too much DNA (human blood and semen) in foods, lifetime. That, of course, is why some doctors do not honor ADD as a disease. They would have to admit that the DNA added to all foods in order to hypnotize and control society has a negative effect.

The beauty of a Free Press is that it is suupposedly independent of government. So, if they say something nasty, I can blame CBS, NBC, CNN, etc., but in the case of BBC (a unit of government) calling the London homeless "PUNKS", begets name calling in return, calling BBC "KIKES" and the Queen "cocksucker". The point is that calling people names only results in treatment of kind. Have I made my point? BBC didnot allow the London homeless nor their true representatives to be heard. Are they supposed to seek nuclear weapons in order to get a word in edgewise? Is their message so damning of the British?

Charged with felony fraud, I was convicted unjustly and have been homeless ever since. The case involved witness and jury tampering, bribes paid to police and the media, and that just scratches the surface. You could never repay me for 30 years of my life. Start by publishing this letter as your apology.

Excerpts from an Intel e-mail on police involvement: (Ticketing of homeless in San Diego for Trespassing Upon a Public Sidewalk)

Met with the police yesterday, after 10 days of their delaying same, and while nothing fruitful occurred, I was able to get a good psychological and psychiatric profile of what we will be up against. My hope was to develop ground rules, where the homeless know exactly where they can and cannot be, in order to cause a minimum amount of problems for the City.

The flyer asking for volunteers at the Oct. 15 homeless picnic cannot be posted at the nonprofits because they get government money and rules will not allow any except an official government poster or one of their own (which is also government). They told me that the objective is to keep the homeless organizations from banding together, and making sure that they remain disorganized.

Police admit no problem, admit no harassment, were unhappy to meet with me, showed internally but not overtly that they think I am just some sort of a nut case, and they have absolutely no idea what the situation is or how to deal with it. A very extreme attitude problem, even though I was nice. They do not want to learn anything, plus want to show that they are the big bully on the block. I thought I was an enemy commander asked to prepare a surrender treaty. They are thoroughly indictrinated in the government propaganda. I asked, for example, that signs be posted where it is illegal to sleep, and they told me that same would not be in police jurisdiction. I also asked San Diego Downtown Partnership (Clean and Safe)and got similar "Go Away" tactics.

This is going to have potential for violence, like it did in London. I mentioned London and got ignored, so I told them in London the homeless also tried to kill or injure the firefighters trying to put out the blaze (which is NOT true), and they abruptly ended the meeting.

Before the meeting, my agenda were to try to establish common ground, get a set of mutually-agreed ground rules, prevent misunderstandings, further better communications, and obtain better public relations and compliance. What I discovered is that the police involved with the homeless have a deep-seated feeling of inferiority, and need to control and inflict harm upon others, to satisfy their own needs. The schoolyard bully. They use foul languge, intimidation, threats, abusive conversation and treatment, inflicting as much discomfort upon the homeless, whom they deeply despise, as possible. I felt like a fish trying to negotiate with a frying pan.

Does this need to go the route of Civil Disobedience? Shall we shit directly upon the food being consumed by rich people in the Gaslamp District, and insist upon CNN coverage? Great protest of the recent removal of all the Water Man toilets. Yes, voter registration is on track, but if the elections involving Donna Frye are any indication, the Registrar of Voters will have to endure a Federal Justice Dept. investigation simultaneously if we expect actual, counted, voting results.

Along the lines of denial, the police say they never ticket anyone without first several different verbal warnings, followed by a written warning. Well, I know that to be complete bullshit, but pretended I didn't. I described where the attitude comes from that minor laws need to be violated, which the homeless, and now myself too, commonly believe. It is my duty to litter and shit on the sidewalk because of the way people like me are treated. I confessed that I now hate police.

Conclusion: Anyone who has ever served in the military (or even the Coast Guard, Merchant Marine or National Guard) should not be handling the homeless. Bring in people with a B.A. in psychology, sociology, or social welfare, plus no courses at all in criminal justice. That, by the way, is the new rules for police in Mexico. These guys were "Good Olde Boys", corrupt but nobody can prove it, and enjoy their jobs kicking homeless peoples' asses and causing trouble intentionally. This is critical because as it sits there is no possible reality except that extreme violence Downtown will eventually occur. The train is headed for the cliff and needs to be stopped.

End of report. My action suggested: We cannot hardly replace half the police department, but that is certainly called for. Important that the message goes out, as that will result in thinking. It would be helpful to see a special police unit to deal with the homeless that is made up of psychologists who are also cops. The money need not be any more cash than currently - this is a police job dealing with a slightly nicer side of cop-work, as opposed to murder, robbery, rape, and all that nasty stuff. This is doing your work as a shrink, on the streets. Cost to the taxpayers, Zero. Does that meet the conservative agenda?
