Unfortunately, many wheeled vehicles and walkers have been overturned, too. Watch your step.yThe Downtown Ralph's (Kroger) Grocery Store, on 1st and G has a salad bar superior to most of the finest restaurants.tThe old Balboa Theatre, long a landmark in San Diego, has been completely renovated and is currently a venue.uSan Diego's most urban park, located at the Downtown (Horton Plaza) Shopping Mall, attracts visitors from all over the world.
