Water Man Gets City Funding
City Antes Up $45,000 for 5 Months
Bowing to political pressure, the City of San Diego agreed to provide Water Man David Ross and his partner Gerry Limpic enough funding to continue their storage facility at Ninth and E thru about the Fourth of July. By then, it is expected that private funds may be raised to at least pay for most of the center's $300 a day operating expenses.
The Water Man Check-In Center provides storage for poor people who would otherwise have their posessions on the streets, an unsightly process. Even Councilman Kevin Faulconer, usually not in favor of spending money on homeless projects, was on board. Less street clutter is better for business, tourism, and life downtown in general. Also better for the homeless, who no longer risk having their stuff stolen.
I have been critical of the exact way the program operates, citing that it has failed in every other city tried, especially Los Angeles Skid Row. It also demeans the poor, who must store their belongings in a trash dumpster, is only open limited hours, is expensive to maintain, and is too far from a trolley hub. Nonetheless, it does great things with what it has and is. Until we have something more efficient, we will go down in history as the only city where this sort of a program was a success. That says a lot for the determination of the Water Man and friends.
Homeless Count Sabotaged
College Republicans Distribute Flyers
The San Diego College Republicans, shortly before the count of homeless was to occur, went out into the Homeless Community to distribute flyers saying "Move now, leaving this area at least temporarily, or you will be in a lot of trouble. You can come back in a few days when the problem dies down." As a result, some neighborhoods had a 40% lower count than the usual lower-than-true count that they usually get. Homeless are good at hiding. Our lives depend upon it.
What needs to happen now is a whole new count, nullifying the first count as flawed intentionally. Normally our Homeless Count shows about 8% of actual homeless, but can count as many as 25% of the unhoused, with enough effort. Homelessness is rotational, and on any given night, some may have been able to afford a motel room and are not there that night, yet they are homeless.
It is speculated that some political group, here the Republicans, may wish to show that the economy is improving, or that there is more hope than there actually is. Perhaps this group seeks to show that the homeless are not as big a problem as they actually are. The unofficial estimate, conducted by the homeless ourselves, shows a 25% increase since last year. So, we estimate 250,000 homeless, which includes 50,000 unhoused at any given time. The National Forest was always my favorite place to camp, and I wrote a book on that.
Backpack Distribution Continues
Girls Think Tank, Coalition For Basic Dignity, distributes winter clothing and packs
Thursday night at the rubber exterminator tent the Girls Think Tank, a group of lawyers, judges, government workers who deal with the homeless, and homeless ourselves, handed out winter backpacks. The packs contain winter survival items, such as hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, and similar. Usually donated by Sempra Energy, professional sports, or the telecom industry, these heavy-duty backpacks are an annual tradition. GTT holds fund raising events and finds volunteers to do the backpack assembly. Those of you who read this in China or Europe, understand that San Diego demeans its poor people by having them live in a tent, like pest exterminators use. It is just south of the 12th and Imperial Trolley Station, the other side of the white building.
Religious Right Increases Hypnosis
Higher levels of blood and semen in all foods
For thousands of years "commoners" were controlled by a form of hypnosis called Gnosis, secretly adding the blood and semen of the wealthy to the food of everyone. This continues to this day, except that slowly more and more people know how it works. It is a method of control to keep the public hypnotized, obedient, and compliant.
Eating the DNA of another person causes your "love" to flow to them, too, unknown to you, making them feel great. It also causes you to hypnotically believe them, even when they are telling you a lie. You become vulnerable to whatever they suggest you do, too. In all, a good method of control used for tens of thousands of years.
Unfortunately, the Gnosis process also results in genetic-related diseases, such as ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and even Autism. Eating DNA results in reduced sex drive, difficulty concentrating, lower self-esteem, memory problems, attention span problems, difficulties with interpersonal relationships, fewer dreams and of lesser quality, motiviational difficulties, increased gullibility, unfounded trust, difficulties telling lies from truth, addiction to religion or the bible, and often causes other problems such as mental illness, drug abuse, alcoholism, or suicide.
There is no way to avoid this, because all bottled, canned, boxed, or packaged food contains it. You can minimalize damage to your brain by avoiding Holy Communion, which contains a lot of DNA. Churches also use community meals for the poor as a way to distribute blood and semen in foods. Some church meals are intentionally not listed on Meals Page, NZ9F.com/B for exactly that reason.
How does this affect the homeless? If you look at what causes people to be homeless, the answer is NOT the usual propaganda about mental illness, alcoholism, and drug abuse. The answer is not the poor ecomony, either, because we had half this many homeless even in a good economy under Bill Clinton. The answer is that only politics causes people to be homeless. This was determined in a three-year-long study by the Federal Court System, resulting in your right to be homeless, and to sleep on City of San Diego land every night.
Okay, if Homelessness is caused by politics, what causes politics? Votes? Candidates? Money from political contributors? Politics is caused by money, power, beliefs, fame, trust, upbringing, education, and family perks such as being in the Mafia or whatever (privilege). Fame is not important to this discussion. Money is one factor, and all the other factors amount to Gnosis. There is a discussion above, but a really GOOD discussion is on our website's Gnosis Page, NZ9F.com/Gnosis.
So, politics is the only cause of homelessness, and Money, Fame, and Gnosis are the only cause of politics. Fame is not important, leaving us with Money and Power equalling politics and the cause of homelessness. Since we have no money, the only addressable issue is Gnosis, societal brainwashing via everyone being fed blood and semen from the wealthy, trying to hypnotize them into belief in Jesus (or Moses, or Allah, etc.)
"The primary purpose of Religious Belief is to keep the poor from killing the wealthy and taking their money." St. Thomas Aquinas.
The following was censored out of the e-mail and print editions:
Gnosis and Homelessness: Gnosis has been used to hypnotize and brainwash people into believing that it is alright to have some people who are poor, even too poor to afford housing. Public opinion, chat, the media, universities, and the pulpit are promoters of the thought that homeless somehow are responsible for their situation, or even that they want to be homeless.
Usually, some semblance of mental illness, drug abuse, alcoholism, or laziness is used as an excuse to blame society's victims for the problem that society has caused. Sometimes the economy is blamed, too, but there are homeless people even in a good economy. Hard working homeless people with no mental illness, no drug abuse, no alcoholism, and a good education.
If you are homeless it is because the Mob Boss wants it that way, and NO other reason! For a discussion on how the Mafia does this sort of thing, see NZ9F.com/Gnosis.

Corruption Engine Stalls
Redevelopment finally sent to boneyard
Now that Redevelopment has knocked down thousands of homes, making thousands of people homeless to put up millionaire condos, there was an intentionally-too-late push to build a homeless shelter, provide downtown toilets, and build some "affordable" housing, in order to comply with the redevelopment laws which have required that all along. Knowing that the pyramid scheme was over, and their would be no money, the County and City governments decided finally to fulfill their obligations to the poor under Redevelopment, in full knowledge it would never happen.
Asking Redevelopment, the second-most-prevalent cause of homelessness, to "help" cure the homeless problem is like cancer curing smoking. The only more-prevalent cause of homelessness is being intentionally politically targeted by the Mason Mafia to not be permitted to rent housing, or perhaps even have a job.
Without Redevelopment money, the City will miss out 5% on funds used to help worthy causes, and 95% on corrupt money used to pay welfare checks to billionaires. Redevelopment has no practical use, because even the so-called "affordable" housing could not be afforded by the people who needed it! Now we need a law that only the State Government has the power of Eminent Domain, forced sale of land for public use.
Any comments? nz9f@hotmail.com.
Are You a Democrat?
Are there any real Democrats left in politics?
During the First Great Depression (Hoover Depression) of the 1930s, when the wealthy people got extra-greedy and tried to own everything, a new political party was formed to fight them and provide a "New Deal" for ordinary citizens. Called the Democratic Party, its first President was Franklin Delano Roosevelt, FDR, who called for Social Security, overtime pay, a minimum wage, liveable wages, labor unions with excellent wages and benefits, a higher standard of living than any other nation, income taxes on the wealthy, food stamp assistance, real estate taxes, inheritance taxes, and import taxes. He got all those things, but failed to get universal healthcare coverage, guaranteed rent assistance, guaranteed jobs, and Social Security paid by the wealthy instead of the poor or average people.
You are a Democrat if you demand more powerful labor unions, a higher minimum wage, better wages for all workers, rent and healthcare assistance for the poor, universal healthcare paid by the government, shifting the Social Security tax burden to the wealthy only, raising income taxes and realestate taxes, establishing stiff import taxes, and taxes on things that onlywealthy people can afford, such as privately-owned fine art. Are you a Democrat?
Is Mayoral Candidate Bob Filner a Democrat? IsPresident Obama a Democrat? Is anyone left in Congress a Democrat, based upon what a "Democrat" is? The Republicans at least admit being Republican, but the people running as Democrats fail to admit that they, too, are actually Republicans! Shhh...It's a secret. Our one Political Party has the Democratic Division of the Republicans and the Straight Republicans.
As for Republican President Obama, pretending to be a Democrat, his opposition could likely be Mitt Romney, who I compared to Paris Hilton, or Newt Gingrich, who I compared to Adolph Hitler. Either way, Heil the Reich?

Albertson's to sell bus tix?
Highest-price chain catering to poor?
When Ralph's (Kroger) had the contract for selling bus and trolley passes and tickets, there was some basic tolerance for those "poor people who cannot even afford their own car." When Von's (Safeway) took over, much less tolerance, and I have even gotten a refund from MTS directly when cheated and a refund was refused by two Von's managers. Albertson's does not currently let people who are poor enter their store, and has long had a disdain for those who use Public Transit. I once asked about buying a bus pass at the Albertson's on Broadway and Main in El Cajon, and was told, "Get a job. Then buy a car." So, perhaps the Mormon Big-Money corporate chain has had a change of heart, and is now going to welcome us poor people. Sorry, we cannot afford to shop there. We go to Ralph's Food-4-Less.
I suppose it all makes fiscally responsible sense, when you consider that public transit is supported by tax dollars, and every person and trip costs tax money. Only about one-third of the actual cost is paid by the transit user, for example. The rest comes from taxes. So, fewer routes, less frequency of routes, fewer hours in the schedule, anything that reduces demand for transit saves taxpayer money and also helps car dealers sell their wares. Making it harder for poor people to buy tickets and passes just fits right in.
Occupy San Diego Update
Leaders now meeting with other Orgs.
Down recently in the cold night weather to 25 protesters and 1 police officer, Occupy San Diego in the City Hall Civic Center Plaza is still there. No food table, no sign-in table, no computers, no flag, no tents, no sleeping bags, but still there. These seem to be good, intelligent, well-intentioned and non-violent people with an important message. A lot of flawed mechanics in the way they operate, however, has made their message garbled. I admire them, because, like myself, they take on causes that are absolutely impossible, to see how far they can go. I knew the Tijuana Rescue Mission could not succeed when I started it. I know that none of the causes of this newspaper can succeed, either, but I will push to see how far it all can go. It takes guts to tackle any cause that has zero chance of success.
Has our Government become Nazi?
What is a Nazi? Take the Smell Test:
Tossing out the lies and media and educational system propaganda, this is what Nazi looks like:
So I ask you this: Do you spot any of these Nazi traits in your behavior? Time to change! In the behavior of others? Time to change them or find new friends. Traits in your group or organization? Your church? In my blog I go into this further, and I also define "What is a Jew", which is also a valid question. Glad you agree with me what a Nazi is.
Your comments are always appreciated. John Kitchin, NZ9F, nz9f@hotmail.com.

Still No New Toilets Downtown
Lawyers hold protest, carry picket signs
Jeff Graham responded to my complaints that there were still no promised toilets installed by the City, months after the money was appropriated for same. He blamed the cancellation of Redevelopment money. Well, there was plenty of Redevelopment money used to tear down the homes of those now homeless and put up millionaire condos, so now that a few pennies will be used to help those stricken, there is no more money?
Girls ThinkTank (same group) begins backpack distribution
Dec. 14 set for this year distribution
More and the latest info can be had on their website, GirlsThinkTank.Org, and winter survival backpacks are usually handed out at the Water Man Center, 9th and E, in Downtown San Diego. They contain scarves, gloves, hats, and other cold weather items. The Coalition also has legal clinics to help with law problems, and is helping to raise money to keep the Water Man Center open.
I had to miss their meeting on Dec. 1, but friends informed me of a new affiliated group that is seeking to entirely revise the City Budget, to provide more for those less fortunate. I am told that Emily Serafy Cox from Empower San Diego made a presentation.
Occupy Protesters Arrested
City Officials could face jail time for Contempt of Court
San Diego, unlike the other Occupy Wall Street cities, has a court order issued in Federal Court that it must allow all of its homeless to sleep on city property overnight. The arrest of protesters if they are also registered as homeless may be a violation of that court order. San Diego always defies court orders such as regarding the cross on Mt. Soledad, in order to waste taxpayer money for years and years. It tried to say that Balboa Park belongs to the Park Conservancy, and not the city, which the courts rejected saying that the city has control, and thereby ownership over the park, for example. Expect the city to sell the concourse to a private company and lease it back, which will also not work. Nothing but jailing city officials for noncompliance has ever been effective.
CityBeat Article Optimistic, not Realistic
Excellent Kelly Davis take gets a Reality Check
Letter to the Editor of San Diego CityBeat Magazine:
Fine article on the San Diego Homeless problem by Kelly Davis in the Nov. 23, 2011, issue of CityBeat. While providing a lot of accurate information, you do fail to mention that a lot of the nonprofit organizations quoted as the "experts" are actually shills for the government, and work in the propaganda business. Most media quote these organizations, so that the public gets the idea that this is "unbiased authorities" being listened to, not the perveyors of government-sponsored cover-ups and half-truths.
The Regional Task Force on the Homeless, RTFH, was set up by San Diego County to make sure that the problem is perceived as minimal, and being properly handled. Their definition of "homeless" is so narrow, and the number it "counts" in its annual survey so inaccurate as to completely skew the issue. San Diego has one million people living in poverty, according to the October 2011 statistics of the US Dept. of Labor, and 200,000 of those can be considered homeless, due to their drifting in and out of the ability to pay for housing.
RTFH, on the other hand, has estimated 8-10 thousand homeless, with 50% un-housed completely at any given time (3-5 thousand). They do not include women in sex-housing, other people in slavery-housing, San Diegans living on the streets of Tijuana, rural camps (there are over 400 known and none have ever been surveyed), people living in cars or RVs, those on rooftops or in sewers, and the list goes on. Try counting a population that does not admit that it is homeless, plus is trying to hide. I feature 3 college courses on-line in the topic, a survey course, an intro course, and a doctoral course. They can be found on the San Diego Homeless website, NZ9F.com.
On the issue of funding for the Winter Shelter, everyone in government that I spoke to realizes that while theoretically funding for it goes to the (Mormon) Connections Housing (The old World Trade Center), that is not what will actually happen. The winter shelter is 20 times more necessary than a one-stop homeless prison. (The design being used has already failed in several other cities.)
One of the problems here, and also with the nonprofits, is that a huge amount of money is wasted, kicked back, disappears, or is creatively accounted. An article on the same page of CityBeat, in Turds & Blossoms, tells of agencies getting no-bid contracts after greasing the palms of government. At one City Council meeting I asked, "Since $10 million and not $32 million is a fair price for Connections Housing, do you guys split the extra $22 million?"
As for Redevelopment, that was determined by the Federal Court System in a 3-year-long trial to be the second-most-prevalent cause of homelessness in San Diego, and the Court determined the City 100% at-fault for all of its homeless problems. Redevelopment tears down so-called "blighted" housing which is the only housing certain people can afford, and replaces it with newer, nicer, more expensive so-called "Affordable Housing" that none of those people displaced can afford to pay for, even with the few government subsidies which still exist.
Most homelessness occurs because of personal politics, where people are politically targeted to be on the Knights Templar "Do Not Employ" or the "Do Not House" blackball lists. The government-propaganda non-profits would have us all witch-hunting around for mental illness, substance abuse, and handicaps. Being on either Blackball list is, however, a major cause of mental illness.
Getting back to the Nonprofits, none of them will allow a genuine homeless person on their boards or in decision-making committees, especially the well-educated Homeless Intellectuals. Several have been appointed but quickly removed for knowing too much. Neither the Regional Task Force, RTFH, nor the County Grand Jury has even one well-qualified homeless intellectual on it at this time.
And, getting back to my original point, thank you for a fine article.
Prof. John Kitchin, NZ9F
Chairman of the San Diego Homeless Intellectuals
Publisher of the San Diego Homeless News, NZ9F.com/SDHN.
PS: 50% are homeless due to political repercussions effecting employment or housing, 40% due to homes being torn down and replaced with new ones they cannot afford, and 10% have some handicap which may involve physical or mental illness, the most common mental illness being substance abuse, and they do not receive enough disability money to pay for housing. All of these causes are entirely political!
US Now One-Party Nation Corruption requires having only one political party
The worst aftermath of having George W. Bush for President is that the Democratic Party was completely taken over by Republicans. So, we now have one political party, the Republicans, with two branches: Those honest enough to run as Republicans, and those who are actually Republican but pretending to be Democrats. One-Party nations are perfect for corruption, and produced the Bathe Party of Iraq, the Communist Party in Cuba, China and the old Soviet Union, and even the Nazi Party in Germany.
The concept of having more than one political party is that if a Senator rapes a young child, those politicians in the opposing political party have enough voice to act against that. If there is only one party, or if both political parties are guilty of the same sin, then it does not work. That is why the United States has prospered having 2 political parties. This holds the corruption in check. Mexico, with only one political party, set into place by Abraham Lincoln circa 1860, has had only the Republican Party for many years, which they call the PRI.
The nation now requires that the Democratic Party be restored, for the sake of less corruption. Traditionally, a Democrat is someone who argues for increased taxes on imported goods and top inheritances, fair wages via excessively strong labor unions, the highest standard of living in the world for US citizens by using tax money, guaranteed jobs or welfare, enough government spending to insure a robust economy via taxing the wealthiest people, and major corporations held in check via well-paid independent lawyers that sue for billions on behalf of ordinary citizens. Socialism? No, not even close. Communism? No, the opposite of that. Progressive Capitalism, Social Capitalism, Labor Capitalism, fairness.
Still No Affordable Housing

Sinister Knights Templar Masons Blackball List Begs High Treason Investigation
The mere existenece of the blackball lists for Do Not House and Do Not Employ begs one of the most important criminal investigations of all time. If found guilty, members of the Knights Templar of the FreeMasons, considered a terrorist group in Mexico, need to be prosecuted accordingly.
No Mayoral Choice Except for the Super-Wealthy
No Democrats in Race
The Republicans running for political office seem to have one advantage over the Democrats, in that they admit belonging to the political party of the super-wealthy that seeks to enslave everyone else and lie about it in the news media. The other Republicans, running as Democrats, do not have that truth to their credit. And, people are sheep, believing that any Republican who prominently calls themselves a Democrat must be a Democrat..
MTS Toy Deprives Homeless of Housing
Silver Line Pretty, Expensive
Due to computer hacking, the article last month about the Silver Line Trolley and how the money could instead have housed 85 homeless had a zero added in two places, so it read 850 homeless. No, it costs about $10,000 per year to pay minimal rent in San Diego, in a conventional no-special-deals apartment, and that means a cost of a million dollars per thousand apartments rented, per year. It also means that 10 million dollars a year will buy the rental of a thousandregular non-subsidized apartments, which could house between 1 and 2 thousand un-housed (on the streets) homeless. That is about what 15 or 20 of the expensive downtown condos cost, each year. Is that a lot to ask? Of course not!
Huge Red, White, and Blue Going Out of Business Sale! Everything Must Go! Buy the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, even an Aircraft Carrier! (Nuclear Warheads sold seperately) Sorry, all sales in gold or foreign currency, no worthless US dollars accepted.

Occupy Wall St. Holds Promise
First Group in 42 Years that may offer solution
The Occupy San Diego Movement, still camped out at City Hall long after the news media said it was ended, may be the first organization in many years to show the promise to actually reduce the number of homeless, a number which has constantly increased since the Vietnam War. A message of hope, after 42 years of inaction, propaganda, flawed plans, and wasted government spending. The failed solutions and schemes of the past made lots of greedy criminals rich at the taxpayer expense while doing nothing whatsoever to help reduce or alleviate homelessness. It made everyone "feel better" that "lots and lots" was being done, and a "huge amount of money" was being spent. People kept reading complete lies in the news media, that the problem is tiny.
Despite group policies letting anyone speak, including deranged lunatics, which has made its message garbled, Occupy now has a solid list of those things it really wants, plus a "wish list" of millions of things that would be nice. Skirmishes with police over the allowance of tents at the event caused violence and arrests. Obviously your right to protest is valid only at times and places convenient for the City, which is part of its Gestapo Development plan. Heil Kismet!
Above Left, Media Table for conversations with the conventional news media. Above Right, Tents occupy the San Diego City Hall Concourse. Left, protesters on the sidewalk outside San Diego City Hall, after being removed from the Concourse. Right, a group of musicians remains during the march.
So, will Occupy San Diego succeed? Not possible, because:
No Affordable Housing Here
Supportive, Subsidized, Affordable, Not!
San Diego now has about 40% APR inflation on the low end of the price scale, which of course has not been noticed by the rich people who run Congress and the City. Once upon a time, SSI payments were $1100 a month, with 20% ($220) deducted for so-called "affordable" housing. Now, SSI is $900 a month, with 30% ($270) for housing. That is only a difference of $250 a month, you say? Yes, but the Real Inflation Rate has erased much more than that $250.
Non-housing available income once allowed about $250 a month in discretionary spending, but now is about $220 less than affordable. In plain talk, once people got +$250 over the absolute minimum to survive, but now they get -$220. The math is boring, but it is based upon bread, which was 75 cents, going to $1.25 on the lowest, least expensive end. And, generic Spam meat went from a dollar to $2.75. Rice doubled in price, eggs tripled, potatoes doubled, coffee doubled, and bank statement fees went from free to $3.50 or more. Inflation on the low end has been twenty times the increase on the high end. So, a million-dollar purchase costs no more.
A fair Cost-Of-Living Adjustment (COLA) would be around 40% (38.6%), but even an adjustment of 22% would be livable. President Obama is giving us 3%. We cannot afford any subsidized, supportive, or so-called "Affordable" housing at all.
Fake Nonprofits Abound
Propaganda Orgs secretly part of Government
The City just added another propaganda "Nonprofit Organization" that is secretly part of the government, a website competing with County 211 that helps get resources only to those that the City wants to help. The County website helps save money by making free stuff for the poor impossible to find, and eventually you give up. That saves taxpayer money. Same idea as the Veterans Administration, bad medical care so veterans die and the government no longer has to pay out benefits.
There is a huge list of Nonprofit Organizations that are actually founded by the government, plus funded by the government, and provide the resource of being "Independent", making it look like the propaganda they put out is non-government. Good design, good ploy. The nonprofits help society feel less guilty about certain problems, soothing consciences so that people can say something like "I gave" or "I helped" or "I donated" and not feel so bad about those people laying on the sidewalk.
The money, of course, goes to somebody's rich relative who runs that organization. The org itself does not make a "profit", but the people running it do. All of the efforts are "feel-good", too, like a sandwich or a backpack, not anything that could ever put a dent into the problem. You're dying of cancer? Okay, here is an aspirin to help with the pain. There. I did my part.
Society feels good, the news media hail its accomplishments, nothing really gets done, and nobody cares that nothing was really done. Go away. Some of the "fake" (government shills) nonprofit propaganda orgs are still trying to say that Mental Illness causes homelessness. Well, less than one-quarter of the homeless are mentally ill, plus most of them became homeless first. So, homelessness causes mental illness, not the other way around. Part of the confusion is that the County Task Force never understood the difference between "Homeless" and "Un-Housed". They treat them as the same thing, which is ridiculous. Adding a HOUSE to someone with no HOME does not make them no longer homeless!
Like I always say, if you are an expert on homeless, how long have you been homeless?
San Diego has 200,000 homeless, not 4,000 or 8,000, and the Regional Task Force on the Homeless, a unit of County Government, is a major source of lies and partial truths about the nature and scope of the problem. They have gotten more truthful, now admitting that only one-quarter of homeless have ANY mental problems, and admitting that the Fair Market Value of a single-room apartment in San Diego is $1,400 per month, about $350 a week. (Minimum Wage, 40 hours a week, is $320 a week.)
Their annual survey has never included the 40,000 homeless who live in Tijuana and work in San Diego, nor the 40,000 homeless who are rural and well-hidden. They also do not include the 50,000 women who trade sex for housing, occupying different homes every night. They also do not include those who live in a one-bedroom apartment in Escondido with 140 roommates. If your furniture and most of your clothing are in storage, you are homeless, even if you are temporarily in a motel! Start counting storage units.
If you are 60 years old and live with your parents, not paying rent, you are homeless. The homeless are all those not in a financial situation to pay for their own housing. That is all. 200,000 in San Diego, with a base of one million rotating into and out of that 200,000.
The primary causes of homelessness are Redevelopment, where homes are torn down to be replaced by more expensive housing that cannot be afforded, and Politial Action, where people are targeted to lose jobs and/or housing for political reasons. The Knights Templar of the Masons, considered a terrorist group in Mexico, has both a "Do Not Employ" and a "Do Not House" list, and metes out punishment upon those who defy that organization, which has its symbols of evil witchcraft on the reverse of the dollar bill.
Mayoral Race has no good choice
All candidates out of touch with reality
Brian Bilbray, Member of Congress, spoke on television recently about his beliefs. He is in support of Mayor Sanders, a staunch Republican, and also criticized the Occupy movement. So, obviously, he is entirely out-of-touch with reality and America. He is a bad choice, being just as Nazi and Gestapo as the other candidates, despite being one of the Jews running for Mayor. He comes off as caring about the poor, an anti-Nazi trait, but he is merely slicker, and better at creating the illusion that he is not just another wealthy con artist in government.
With Bilbray, the United States will continue to be operated as if it is a province of Israel, out to serve the Nazi Oppression of poor people and Palestinians. Since Bilbray is the best of many awful choices for Mayor, no promise of improvement for San Diego can be had via this election. A shame.
Silver Line Trolley Expensive
$850,000 could house 85 homeless for one year!
The private funding raised for a working museum, the San Diego Silver Line Trolley, could instead have gone to fund Neil Good Center for most of a year, provided two years of services at Father Joe's Lunch or the Water Man Check In Storage Center, or even provided 85 homeless San Diegans with $10,000 each for one year's free rent of an apartment. The rich people, out of touch with reality, seem to be missing the point. I like museums, and I like trolleys and history, too, but this sort of thing smacks of the same convoluted thinking as the "help" provided by the Nonprofit Propaganda Organizations. Most of them help guide money into fat wallets instead of help for the poor. Enjoy your on-the-track toy while human beings die on the streets, after having served their country in war.

Toilets Shut Down
San Diego becomes America's Swinest City
The Isaiah Project ran out of money promised by the City but never paid, and the toilets in the downtown area that handle 87 tons of human shit, keeping same off the sidewalks, were removed. So, America's SWINEST City goes back to being a huge SHIT DEPOT. Protests proposed include the use of diners' plates in the Gaslamp District for a great place to shit, plus send an important tourism message at the same time. A publicity stunt, San Diego is to be featured on news reports worldwide as toilet-free. Visit here, and the millions and millions of poor and homeless will shit right into your food. Great tourism message, and it could only happen in San Diego! I have proposed that all restaurants be required to allow everyone to use their toilets, including non-customers.
Toilets Re-Opened
Isaiah Project Finds the Money
As fast as they got shut down, a week later toilets were restored. Isaiah Project, which operates the Water Man Check In Center for storage at 9th and E, is getting the toilets donated by Ideal Toilet company. Isaiah is operated by Water Man David Ross and his partner Gerry Limpic. Unusual? Well, the project is established as, basically, a church, and what is so unusual about donating money to a church?

Rumor Mill Lays New Bull Turd
The Latest in Dysinformation Claims Father Joe Lunch Shutting Down. Not True!
The persistent bullshit machine of a handful of San Diegans who hate all poor people has struck again. This time they say that lunch at Father Joe, St. Vincent de Paul, will be closed once his new building is completed. All officials at that org who spoke with me say that is false. Closure of lunch would be an emergency, as it would very likely provoke violence.
Hitler Playbook Continues
San Diego takes one more step identical to early Nazi Germany
Historically, Adolph Hitler had a plan for his Third Reich, also called the New World Order, in which his Nazi Party would rule the world for a thousand years. He published same in "Mein Kampf", his autobiography. Far from a coincidence, the Hitler master plan is seeing new use in the last few years of development of San Diego as a city. The strange thing, however, is that it is Jews, with the help of Mormons, who are developing Hitler's plan! Of all people on the planet, one would think that the Jews would know better than to do such a thing!
Hitler sought to lump together the gays, lesbians, and homeless into a single Berlin City Council District, much like redistricting has just done the same thing. His next move was to close or cutback on prisons, releasing thousands of violent offenders directly onto the streets of major cities. This made the homeless there even more unsafe, as now there were very bad criminals mixed in. Homeless have no fences, gates, and buildings to protect them from any bad guys. In Germany, it allowed Hitler to say that the homeless were dangerous, and needed a new shelter to protect average citizens from them.
So, he built a one-stop prison shelter, in which the homeless did not even have to leave for groceries or medical care. No need having them on the streets in society. Genius? The new World Trade Center is that new shelter. For Hitler, his homeless shelter became his first Nazi Death Camp. Want to know what happens next? Since Hitler's plan has been so far duplicated exactly, find future predictions of what San Diego will do in Hitler's Playbook. Just a coincidence? No, just 12,750 coincidences, perhaps.
The real culprit behind the homeless problem is San Diego County, not San Diego City. Unfortunately, the Constitution of the State of California makes cities responsible for housing. Counties are responsible for medical care, food, education, and training. County does give City some money to use on the homeless, but it gets used only for jail cells.
Your Sidewalk Rights
You have a right to sleep on the sidewalk, but there are restrictions. Know them.
The Federal Court Order that gives you the right to sleep on San Diego City Property from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, seven days a week is still in effect, even after the City sought to modify it so that its police could still harass during those hours. You must have a Homeless ID, from Father Joe or Neil Good Center, must not interfere with vehicle nor pedestrian traffic, and make sure the property you are on is CITY property, not County or State or Private. Many people get arrested for sleeping near the Trolley, and do not know that the sidewalk near the Trolley is private property, not public! The sidewalk near the jail and courthouse is also private property!
All of the news media coverage on television, radio, and in the newspapers, gave FAKE information on this issue, as is commonly agreed upon in San Diego. The deal was that the newspapers would say that ticketing resumed, whereas it cannot. So, the people who hate homeless think they won that battle, which they did not. Same deal as Black's Beach. The deal was that news media would carry stories about it no longer being nude, and people being arrested for nudity, even though that never happened. Welcome to how we do things in SD.
